Bad quality of software
Software quality is very bad, besides that, the app is not functional from last 1 month. It is showing invalid update notification and not allowing login
Update Loop.
After installing and opening up, the app prompts with an available update menu. Clicking on it redirects to App Store where it shows that app is updated with latest version. Returning back to app the same prompt to update. This has been a loopy loop! A government app must not be made with such errors!

Update Issue
Currently i have facing issue related to update at backend
No benefits
Useless application : if we have raised any complaint, we just receive calls from government and asks same and same questions but nobody wants to resolve the matter . It’s been more than 4 months but my complaint hasn’t been resolved yet. Poor service from the government
No update on app store, but app says uodate required and does not work beyond that
It has been more than 2-3 weeks already since I reported this issue and it has not been resolved still
Pathetic app
Even a 5th pass would make an app better than this. Tried installing 2 times first time couldn’t even register second time same update loop. The entire team behind developing this app should be fired right away.
Worst app I’ve ever used.
The application keeps on crashing down and the grievances lodged from my side is not taken into consideration even after a month. Now I’m unable to open the app.

Very poor response from your side. I have submitted all evidence, but no action has been taken against him. Instead, the complaint is wrongly marked as “Problem Resolved,” which is unacceptable.

Waste of time
I did report and they marked it as resolved without actually resolving my issue, And a guy called me to get feedback was told it wasn’t cleaned to which dumb guy asked may I know the reason why it’s not cleaned. Seriously. How dumb someone has to be to ask such question.

Sub-optimal response from concerned authorities
I am a regular user of the portal for registering complaints regarding various issues. Over the last two years or so, it has been noticed the at the complaints are unilaterally closed, without any reply to the complainant. I have been complaining about the pathetic condition of Eastern Peripheral Expressway and the Western Peripheral Expressway for almost a year now, with photos and videos, but the reply is standard that the matter us being addressed and repair work has started. Why should we continue to pay Toll tax when the road is not worth driving at 80 kmph but the speed limit is raised to 120 kmph. By increasing the speed limit, the road condition doesn’t improve .

Updated App keeps asking for update
Immediately after installing the App on iPhone 16 pro max, the app asks for an update and take the screw to App Store where there is no update and just has open button. When open button is pressed it opens the app just to show update dialogue and the loop continues infinitely

Not able to launch the App
I’m not able to enter the app. It tells me yo update and when I go the AppStore it takes me back to the app and then it’s a loop. It’s tells me I have 4.3.7 but won’t let me update to 4.5.7. This is happening for the last four days.

App is fine and problems are reacted upon i got a response for my problem within 10 days but the app’s software is really bad laggy and lacks effectiveness

I launched complain regarding gst matter and within 20 days the complaint was resolved and officer faced accountability,one of best and finest work by goverment ,recommend everyone to use this portal and suggest you to use this portal on browser for proper complaint filing

I have never seen a buggy app like this, first of all it won’t let you create your account, the process bar keeps on rotating, what kind of developer you are? And such an irresponsible govt department, you have released a non working application for users.
