Fasts, meals, and hydration in one calm app. Start a 16:8, log lunch when the window opens, top up your water through the day — and see the whole picture on one screen. Most fasting apps stop at the timer, or bury the basics under a coaching subscription. Fasted just tracks — completely, quietly, and without an opinion about your body. EVERY PROTOCOL - 12:12 and 14:10 for easing in - 16:8 — the most common eating window - 18:6, 20:4, and 23:1 (OMAD) - 36-hour, 3-day, and custom extended fasts - 5:2 and alternate-day schedules Set a recurring schedule and Fasted handles the calendar. Complete a fast or end it early; the app logs both without comment. MEALS AND CALORIES Log breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks inside your eating window. Set a daily calorie goal, add macros if you want them (grams or percentages), and save the meals you eat all the time as one-tap templates. HYDRATION Water, coffee, tea — logged in cups, ml, oz, or liters against a daily goal you set once. THE WEEK AT A GLANCE Each tab shows your week as a row of color-coded dots: fasts completed, water goals hit, meals logged. HOW YOU FELT A small journal for fasting days — mood and symptoms like energy, clarity, hunger, headache. Look back and see which protocols actually agree with you. WIDGETS Three home screen widgets: current fast and time remaining, water against goal, calories against goal. The day's progress without opening the app. STATS Completion rate, average duration, current and longest streaks, total fasts. Fasted is free. No subscription, no locked basics, no ads.
