Fasts, meals, and hydration in one calm app. Start a 16:8, log lunch when the window opens, top up your water through the day — and see the whole picture on one screen. Most fasting apps stop at the timer, or bury the basics under a coaching subscription. Fasted just tracks — completely, quietly, and without an opinion about your body. EVERY PROTOCOL - 12:12 and 14:10 for easing in - 16:8 — the most common eating window - 18:6, 20:4, and 23:1 (OMAD) - 36-hour, 3-day, and custom extended fasts - 5:2 and alternate-day schedules Set a recurring schedule and Fasted handles the calendar. Complete a fast or end it early; the app logs both without comment. MEALS AND CALORIES Log breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks inside your eating window. Set a daily calorie goal, add macros if you want them (grams or percentages), and save the meals you eat all the time as one-tap templates. HYDRATION Water, coffee, tea — logged in cups, ml, oz, or liters against a daily goal you set once. THE WEEK AT A GLANCE Each tab shows your week as a row of color-coded dots: fasts completed, water goals hit, meals logged. HOW YOU FELT A small journal for fasting days — mood and symptoms like energy, clarity, hunger, headache. Look back and see which protocols actually agree with you. WIDGETS Three home screen widgets: current fast and time remaining, water against goal, calories against goal. The day's progress without opening the app. STATS Completion rate, average duration, current and longest streaks, total fasts. Fasted is free. No subscription, no locked basics, no ads. The only intermittent fasting app where you can fast with a friend. Start your fast. Cheer each other on. Hit milestones together. Fasted is built for people who want results — with the tools to get them and the motivation to stick. THE FASTING TIMER One tap starts your fast. Fasted tracks every minute and shows you exactly which of 5 metabolic phases your body is in — Fed State, Catabolic, Fat Burning, Ketosis, and Deep Ketosis — so you understand what's happening, not just how long you've been going. Live on your home screen with widgets. Your fast follows you everywhere. FAST WITH A BUDDY Pair with a fasting partner and see their timer in real time. Send fire emojis. Leave comments. Watch each other hit phases. Built-in accountability without the group chat noise. FASTING PROGRAMS Not ready to wing it? Build a multi-week fasting program — assign different protocols to different days, set auto-start times, and let Fasted run your schedule. Like a fasting coach that doesn't charge by the hour. STREAK SYSTEM Your fasting streak is your most powerful habit tool. Fasted tracks every completed fast, fires confetti at milestones (3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 100 days), and gives you streak freezes for life's unpredictable moments. 18 achievements across 5 categories. Unlock, share, and keep going. YOUR PROTOCOL. YOUR RULES. • 16:8 — The most popular. Fast 16 hours, eat in 8. • 18:6 — Push further. • OMAD — One Meal A Day. Maximum simplicity. • 5:2 — Eat normally 5 days, restrict 2. • 20:4 — Advanced, targeting deep ketosis. • Custom — Build your exact window, down to the minute. HEALTH TRACKING Log water, weight, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium), body measurements (waist, hips, chest, thighs), and blood levels (ketones + glucose). Everything in one place, charted over time. Hunger Map: See your hunger patterns across every hour of every day of the week. Know when it's hardest. Plan around it. It's a schedule. You're not cutting food groups or counting every calorie — you're simply controlling when you eat. Consistent research shows it reduces body fat, improves insulin sensitivity, and triggers autophagy. And for most people: it's the first approach that actually sticks. Fasted gives you the timer, the data, and the people to make it work long-term. Terms of service: https://getfasted.app/terms Privacy policy: https://getfasted.app/privacy
