Breathe Flow walks you through slow breathing exercises. Pick a technique, choose 3, 5 or 10 minutes, and breathe with the flower as it opens on the inhale and closes on the exhale. Five techniques • 4-7-8 Breathing: in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, out for 8. Many people use it before sleep. • Box Breathing: in, hold, out, hold, 4 seconds each. A steady rhythm for focus under pressure. • Resonance Breathing: 5.5 seconds in and 5.5 seconds out, about five and a half breaths a minute. • Physiological Sigh: two breaths in, then one long breath out, to calm down quickly. • 4-2-6 Breathing: a long exhale to slow down before bed. During a session • A countdown in the center of the flower shows the seconds left in each phase. • Eyes-closed mode guides you with gentle vibrations, so you can keep your eyes shut. • When the time is up, the session waits for your last breath to finish. • Text follows your device text size, and the flower respects Reduce Motion. Your progress Home shows your daily streak, your last seven days, and this week's sessions and minutes. Learn Short articles on the science of breathing and how it helps with stress. Apple Health Breathe Flow can save finished sessions to the Health app as Mindful Minutes. This is off by default, and you can turn it on in Settings. The app only writes these sessions and never reads your health data. Breathe Flow is free, needs no account and shows no ads. Your history stays on your device.

Fair warning: This app was built by someone who tried everything else first. If gentle habit apps haven't worked for you, and you're ready for something that actually demands change, keep reading. The Brutal Truth Most habit apps coddle you. They celebrate "streaks" of 3 days and pat you on the back for partial completion. RadicalReset doesn't. This is an all-or-nothing, science-based nervous system reset. Complete all 5 habits daily, or your streak dies. No participation trophies. The 5 Non-Negotiable Habits 1. Digital Detox - No mindless internet. No social media. No digital entertainment. 2. 20-Min Breathwork - Morning meditation + 2Ɨ5min stress response resets 3. 15-Min Brain Dump - Stream-of-consciousness journaling 4. Daily Environment Reset - Clean living space, clear mind 5. Morning Movement - Outdoor walk/run within 60 minutes of waking Why It Works (The Science) Vagus Nerve Reset: Activates your parasympathetic nervous system Dopamine Detox: Breaks addiction to digital stimulation Stress Response Retraining: Builds real resilience, not just coping Who This ISN'T For People wanting gentle encouragement Those seeking "flexible" approaches Anyone not ready for significant lifestyle change Users who want to track 47 different micro-habits Who This IS For People who've tried "everything" without lasting change Those overwhelmed by digital chaos Anyone ready to reset their nervous system People who respond better to strict frameworks than wishy-washy advice What You Get - Ruthlessly simple 5-habit tracking - Streak counter that actually means something - Recovery mode (because you're human) - History calendar showing your real progress - No ads, no subscriptions, no BS The Challenge Can you complete all 5 habits for 7 days straight? Most can't. 14 days? You're in the top 10%. 30 days? You've literally rewired your nervous system. This isn't a gentle nudge. It's a complete system reset. Download if you're ready. Don't if you're not. --- Note: This approach isn't suitable for everyone. It's designed for people who respond well to structured, demanding frameworks rather than flexible habit tracking.
