TinyPick is a tool that helps users make rational decisions. Why did I think of developing the TinyPick App? Because in our daily lives, we often need to make various decisions, big and small. For example: where to travel on vacation, which school to send children to, whether to buy a house, whether to buy a car, whether to change jobs, whether to return to my hometown for development... and so on. However, I am a person who is more easily entangled. Whenever I make some decisions, I often think and struggle in my mind, and it is easy to ignore the key decision factors of a certain thing. So, when making decisions, I hope to write down the opinions for and against (pros and cons) of each thing one by one, so that I can have a more complete understanding of this matter. So, there is the TinyPick tool. TinyPick supports the creation of multiple things that need to be decided, supports the input of reasons for support and opposition for each thing, and supports the input of corresponding scores. In this way, we can clearly see the overall situation and score of each thing, and TinyPick will automatically give suggestions for you to make the final decision based on the score. In addition, TinyPick also supports writing a summary for each decision. You can record your feelings when making the decision, and you can also record whether the decision was made correctly later. Finally, TinyPick can actually be used as a general scoring tool, because TinyPick supports positive and negative scores. You can record scores for anything and automatically count the highest score and ranking for you. For example, basketball games, chess and card scoring, etc. Currently supported functions: - Multiple decision issue making - Support and opposition reasons - Reason score recording - Automatic analysis of decisions Future supported functions: - More types of decision-making tools - More dimensional data statistics - AI-assisted decision-making Contact the developer: linguny@gmail.com ———————— Privacy Policy: https://kennylin.notion.site/TinyPick-Privacy-Policy-13f80aa095c0803091a4d3d87abc1f48 User Terms: https://kennylin.notion.site/TinyPick-User-Terms-14280aa095c080acbb71dbdcb1a2efde USER LICENSE AGREEMENT: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Most of the time, procrastination is not caused by laziness, but by difficulty getting started. Once you do get started, momentum will often carry you through to the end. Procrastination is only the surface symptom. The deeper reason is that our brains are naturally wired to: * dislike vague tasks and not know where to begin * fall into perfectionism, worrying about not doing it well, so it feels easier not to start at all * prefer short-term pleasure, such as scrolling on the phone * lose self-worth even further when procrastinating. At that point, the subconscious may start attaching labels like “I’m someone who always procrastinates,” leading to self-denial, inner friction, and a vicious cycle (it is very important not to label yourself this way!) This little app can break down the tasks you do not want to face into extremely specific steps with one tap. Every step is easy to complete, and each one comes with guiding text to reduce your psychological resistance. Once the task is broken down, all you need to do is take the first step with its encouragement — after that, you may find it hard to stop. # Key Features 1. Multiple Coaches The app comes with 4 carefully selected built-in coaches (Coach W specialises in helping you start, the cool and blunt big-sister coach is direct and well-balanced, Miss S is great at arranging chained tasks, and the NPC Mage excels at turning boring tasks into role-playing adventures). 2. Coach DLC Download the coaches you like on demand! A minister, a butler, a professional communication coach, a sleep guidance coach, even a chef coach… one app, endless ways to play. 3. Growth System (Beta) Make your real-world effort visible inside the app, so you can fall in love with the version of yourself that keeps improving. 4. Personal Profile Every time a coach creates a plan, they will refer to your personal profile to design steps that best fit your situation and write encouragement that motivates you most effectively. It also supports per-coach rewrites, so different coaches can see different versions of your profile. (For example, the “Master Chef” sees your food preferences, while the “Minister” sees that you are a Spanish princess.) 5. Navigation Mode (Focus) An ADHD-friendly focus mode: large text always visible (based on the GTD approach), progressive step disclosure, and course correction to help you slip naturally into a focused state. 6. Idea Capture (Not a TODO List) "Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them." Shake firmly on any screen to capture an idea instantly. You do not need to come up with brilliant ideas every time. But as long as ideas keep appearing and keep getting captured, those low-probability good ideas will eventually connect, grow, and turn into real change. 7. Lorebook Define a dictionary for your own world — a lorebook that packages complex instructions, technical terms, and personal SOPs into reusable entries. 8. Apple Watch Support! This is especially useful in situations like cooking, exercising, or walking, when it is not convenient to keep looking at your phone. 9. Iterative Revision A good plan is shaped through revision. PlanCoach’s powerful editing features let you adjust and refine it endlessly with AI until it truly fits. ==== The app price is increasing month by month, and the lifetime purchase will gradually rise to ¥268 — the earlier you buy, the better the deal! Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: TinyPick at 5.0 against PlanCoach's 4.5. TinyPick also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium). PlanCoach's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (19 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

CostPrice · In-app purchases · Ads · Monetization

Both are free to download. TinyPick sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PlanCoach sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

TinyPick holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PlanCoach has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of TinyPick's written reviews are positive against 86% of PlanCoach's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

TinyPick ships an update fortnightly, PlanCoach every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 3, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
