TheraTrack

TheraTrack is a comprehensive mood and wellness tracking app designed to help people better understand their emotional, mental, and physical health over time, and to make therapy sessions more focused and productive. It brings together mood, anxiety, sleep, pain, anger, alcohol use, and daily habits in one secure place, so users and their therapists can see the bigger picture instead of relying only on memory. TheraTrack is built for real-life use: quick to log, easy to review, and simple to share when it matters most. With TheraTrack, users can record how they feel throughout the day using intuitive mood and anxiety entries, along with notes to capture what was happening at the time. This makes it easier to identify triggers, patterns, and early warning signs. Sleep, pain, and anger logs help connect emotional changes to physical wellbeing, while alcohol tracking and habit tracking support behavior change and self-awareness. Over days, weeks, and months, these repeated check-ins create a rich timeline of a person’s mental health journey. The app is designed to support therapeutic work rather than replace it. Users can generate a clean, structured PDF report that summarizes their tracked data across all categories, including trends and notes, and then share it with their therapist before or during a session. This saves time at the start of appointments, reduces guesswork, and allows both the user and therapist to focus on what has actually been happening between sessions. Instead of trying to remember how the past few weeks felt, they can look at concrete entries together. TheraTrack emphasizes privacy and user control. All entries are stored on the user’s device or in their chosen environment, and sharing is always optional and initiated by the user. They decide when to create a PDF report, what period to include, and how to send it to their therapist (for example, via email or secure messaging). The app is intended as a tool to support mental health professionals and their clients by improving communication, not as a diagnostic or treatment service on its own. Key features include (note: these features require a paid subscription): Mood and anxiety tracking with optional notes to capture context and triggers Sleep, pain, and anger logs to connect emotional and physical health Alcohol and habit tracking to support behavior change and self-reflection Clear timelines and overviews to help users see patterns over time PDF report generation so users can share their data with therapists easily A simple, user-friendly interface designed for quick daily check-ins TheraTrack is suitable for people working with therapists, counselors, psychologists, or other mental health professionals, as well as anyone who wants a structured way to understand their wellbeing. By putting daily experiences into a format that is easy to review and easy to share, TheraTrack helps users make the most of each session and feel more engaged in their own care.
