A schedule doesn't coach you. The Run Plan does. Expert coaching is built into the app, Mile to Marathon. Every run you log changes what comes next. It builds a complete plan around your race, your goals, and where your fitness is today, then coaches you through it, adapting week to week based on how your training is actually going. It's built on 20 years of coaching from Ryan Ponsonby, who has coached World and Olympic medalists and NCAA champions at every distance from the mile to the marathon. Now that coaching lives in your pocket. BETTER TRAINING STARTS WITH BETTER DECISIONS You run your sessions and check in on how they felt. The Run Plan reads your week and decides what comes next, whether it's time to progress, maintain, or pull back. Then it tells you why, in plain language, so you always understand your training. WHAT YOU GET - Your race, your plan, mile to marathon Choose your distance, date, and goal. Your plan is built around your current fitness and the specific demands of your event, from 5K to marathon. - Tune-up races that fit the plan Add a tune-up race in your buildup and The Run Plan builds around it, so your race-day efforts sharpen your training instead of disrupting it. - A plan that adapts, even on the weeks you miss Life happens. Miss a run or a whole week and your plan adjusts instead of falling apart. Move a run to another day and it reorganizes your week while protecting the balance between work and recovery. - Paces that keep up with you As you get fitter, your target paces update, so every session stays honest to your current ability. - Daily workouts with structure and a reason Every session comes with its structure and the thinking behind it, so you know not just what to run, but why it matters. - Coaching notes after every run, and a weekly debrief After each run, a coaching note puts the session in context. At the end of the week, a weekly note brings your training together and shows where you stand. - Optional watch sync Prefer to train with a watch? Bring your runs in automatically and send planned sessions, warm-up and cooldown included, to popular devices including Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, and Polar. The Run Plan works fully without a wearable, too. - Videos when they matter Short guided videos explain key workouts, drills, and moments in your training, so you always know how the work should look and feel.
