Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: DSP Travel App at 100% against Top Hat's 15%. DSP Travel App also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Top Hat's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (23K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
