Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Twella at 5.0 against Top Hat's 4.6. Twella also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Top Hat's advantage is ratings volume (23K vs 3) and chart position (#165 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
