Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Redeeming Grace at 100% against Top Hat's 15%. Redeeming Grace also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Top Hat's advantage is ratings volume (23K vs 4) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
