Exercise snacks are short bursts of movement you fit between everything else. FitnessBites hands you one at a time. ONE MOVE, RIGHT NOW Open the app and a move is waiting: 8 sit-to-stands, or 20 seconds of marching in place. Do it, tap Done, and get on with your day. Not feeling it? Tap Swap for something else. 40 BODYWEIGHT MOVES Choose how much you move today, from "not much yet" to "a lot." FitnessBites picks moves, repetitions and timer lengths for that level. Try chair, desk, strength, stretch and balance moves, with a short instruction for each. Some moves use a sturdy chair, wall or stairs. No gym or fitness equipment needed. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY Choose a nudge every 30 minutes, every hour or every 2 hours. Set quiet hours so reminders leave you alone when you want a break. SEE YOUR MOVEMENT ADD UP History shows completed and swapped moves, your Too easy and Too hard feedback, and a week of colorful dots. Export your history as a CSV file or delete it in Settings. SIMPLE FEEDBACK After a move, record how it felt. Your feedback stays in your history. Smarter recommendations are planned for a future version; today's moves are randomly selected within your chosen activity level. YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE Use FitnessBites without an account or sign-in. Your full exercise history stays on your device. An optional name is used only to greet you and is never sent in analytics. Optional usage analytics help us improve the app, and you can turn them off in Settings. FREE ON IPHONE AND IPAD The full move library, reminders, feedback and history export are free. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. FitnessBites offers general fitness information, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
