Intermittent fasting is your personal tool that helps your body burn fat, recover, and feel better without strict diets. Start the timer and track what's happening in your body right now. The app shows your current fasting phase in real time: you see every stage — fat burning, body cleansing, cell renewal — and understand what's happening in your body at this very moment. Choose the plan that's right for you. For beginners, there's a gentle start with 12:12 or 14:10. For those with experience, there's the classic 16:8, advanced 18:6, or intensive 20:4 and 22:2. Want something of your own? Create a fully custom plan that fits your lifestyle. Didn't start the timer on time? No problem — you can adjust the start time of your fast or eating window while it's in progress. Your fasting history keeps all your results: how long each fast lasted, when it started and when it ended. It's an easy way to track your progress and see how your habits change over time. Smart notifications remind you to start fasting, let you know when you've reached your goal, and alert you 30 minutes before your eating window ends — so you never miss a thing. Take control of your fasting, track your progress, and feel the results.
