Reps: Gym Workout Log is a workout tracker for people who lift weights at the gym. It stays out of your way while you train, then shows you exactly how you're progressing. No account needed. No paywall. Works offline. You can log your first set within a minute of opening the app. LOG FAST Your next workout is one tap from the home screen. Logging a set takes three. Last session's numbers sit greyed out in the row, so most sets are just "same again, done". There's a rest timer between sets, and if you get interrupted mid-session your workout is waiting right where you left it. Works in kg or lbs, light theme or dark. KNOW EVERY EXERCISE Each exercise in the library comes with a short video and step-by-step instructions. No more side-eyeing the mirror wondering if that's really what a Bulgarian Split Squat looks like. Missing something? Add your own, and say whether it measures weight, reps or time. Leave a note on any exercise ("pin 6, seat 4") and it shows under the exercise while you train. PLAN YOUR TRAINING Build routines and multi-week programs, or throw together a quick workout when the day doesn't go to plan. Rotate a split day by day, or pin routines to weekdays. WATCH THE NUMBERS CLIMB Every exercise gets its own charts: estimated 1RM, heaviest set, volume over time. Personal records are spotted automatically, and you can put one on a card for your Stories if you're feeling it. History is a list, or a calendar you pinch between a month, a year and all your years at once, with the days you missed marked, so a quiet fortnight has nowhere to hide. ASK THE COACH The AI coach can see your own training, so the answers are about you: why a lift stalled, whether your volume is actually going anywhere, what to do with the week you missed. Hand it a photo of a plan from your trainer, a PDF or pasted text and it turns that into a routine you can edit before you save it. It needs a free account, and there's a daily message limit. If you already use Claude or ChatGPT, you can connect them to your account too, so they can see your training and save a routine or plan once you've confirmed it. TRAIN IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian. The buttons are the easy part. The exercise names are translated too, with their instructions and the search terms, so you can find a lift by whatever you call it. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything works offline, no account required. Sign in if you want backup, sync across devices, or the coach. Export the lot to JSON whenever you like, and delete your account in one tap if you're done. FREE There's no subscription and nothing locked. What you see is what you get. Reps is built by one person who got tired of trackers that were slow, cluttered, or both. If something's off, tell me: support@repsworkout.com. I read everything.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Gym Workout Log at weekly against TrainFlow's every 4 weeks. Gym Workout Log also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
