Flowo is a gentle, focused task manager designed for ADHD brains. Most to-do apps overwhelm you with endless lists and guilt-inducing streaks. Flowo takes a different approach: PLAN A SMALL DAY Pick just a handful of tasks for today — a daily limit you control — so you're never staring at an impossible list. FOCUS SESSIONS Start a timed focus session (5 to 45 minutes) with optional ambient soundscapes like rain, cafe, and forest sounds to help you settle in. BRAIN DUMP Got a stray thought mid-task? Capture it instantly without breaking focus, then turn it into a task later when you're ready. WINS, NOT STREAKS See your weekly progress — tasks completed, focus time, your best day — without judgment. Every session counts, even the short ones. ENERGY-AWARE SUGGESTIONS (Premium) Flowo learns your energy patterns and suggests tasks that match how you're feeling right now. Flowo is built by and for people who think differently. No streak-shaming, no overwhelming dashboards — just a calm space to plan your day and get things done. Subscription info: Flowo Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
