Unwind on your own terms. Mowditate gives you a quiet, focused space where you decide how, when, and with what you meditate. It’s designed to get you into a session with as few taps as possible β€” whether you want a simple timer, a breathing exercise, or a guided meditation. Mowditate is built in layers. Use only the parts that are useful to you and leave the rest untouched. Statistics, streaks, badges, exercises, guided content, and Mowditate+ are there when you want them, but they never need to become part of your meditation routine. If all you want is a timer, Mowditate can simply be a timer. The layers you don’t use simply stay out of your way. β€’ Set a fixed duration or meditate without a time limit. Add interval gongs, choose a background, and adjust your session the way you like it. β€’ Use breathing and grounding exercises when you want something a little more active, including Box Breathing, Resonant Breathing, and 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding. β€’ Turn on Mindfulness Focus automatically for meditations and exercises after a one-time setup with Shortcuts. β€’ Meditate in silence, use your own audio files, or listen with Apple Music. β€’ On iPhone Duo, Mow stays by your side as you meditate with the device unfolded in landscape. β€’ Use Mowditate on Apple Watch to meditate, track your sessions, or start breathing and grounding exercises right from your wrist. β€’ Follow an active meditation from the Dynamic Island, Lock Screen, or Apple Watch with Live Activities. β€’ Save your mindful minutes to Apple Health and see your meditation history, streaks, and statistics whenever you’re interested in your progress. β€’ Unlock badges as you explore Mowditate. They’re designed as small extras rather than goals you have to chase β€” ignore them completely if that’s more your style. β€’ Learn more about meditation and mindfulness in the Meditation Knowledge section. β€’ No account required. No tracking. MOWDITATE+ Mowditate+ adds another optional layer with guided meditations, relaxation techniques, and courses with adjustable session lengths. It doesn’t change the core timer experience β€” use guided content when you want it, and return to a simple meditation timer whenever you don’t. Included guided content: β€’ Body Scan β€’ Autogenic Training β€’ Jacobson Progressive Muscle Relaxation β€’ Metta β€’ Chakra Meditation β€’ Tonglen β€’ Interconnectedness β€’ 7-day course: Meditation Basics β€’ Seasonal RauhnΓ€chte course, available from December 25 to January 6 Guided content for Mowditate+ is currently available in English and German. Whether you want five quiet minutes, a breathing exercise, a longer guided meditation, or simply a timer that stays out of your way, Mowditate lets you choose what fits right now. About

Sleep Map

Features

Sleep well tonight and a piece of the world becomes yours. Sleep Map is a non-competitive sleep-habit app, played alone or with a small circle of friends. Pick your hometown, set the hours you mean to keep, and put the phone down at bedtime. Keep the night and, in the morning, you claim a place β€” the one next to ground you already hold, spreading outward from home a night at a time. A bad night just slows things down. It never takes anything back. Territory you have earned stays earned, always. There is no punishment here and nobody to lose to. Many places tell you something true about themselves before you go under. Not a travel brochure β€” one specific, surprising, real thing, in about a hundred words. The town where the movies were made before Hollywood existed. The neighborhood where New York City quietly runs out. The English city that holds the oldest football club on earth. The Swedish town whose beaches are made of shells. Many places also carry someone who was born there, with their photograph and their story. Explore more than 15,000 places across most of the world: the Americas, Europe and Oceania, and now much of Asia and Africa, from Japan, China and India to Siberia, the Middle East and the Maghreb, and across West, East, Central and Southern Africa. About three in four carry a bedtime story; the rest of the world will open in later versions. SLEEP TOGETHER, APART A Circle is up to sixteen people growing one map. Invite a friend with a code, and their ground appears beside yours wherever the two of you have met. It shows good nights only β€” never a night you missed, never how long you slept β€” and it travels through your own iCloud, shared with the people you invited and with nobody else, including us. Leaving a Circle never takes your ground away. HOW A NIGHT WORKS Set your bedtime and your wake time. When bedtime comes, start the night and put the phone down. Pick it back up in the morning within the window you set, and the place is yours. Miss the window and you keep everything you had; you just try again tonight. You can let Apple Health confirm the night for you instead, if you would rather not rely on the phone-down honor system. That is optional, and the app works completely without it. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Sign in with Apple. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and nothing to buy. Your sleep times and your map live on your device and are deleted when you delete the app. We run no server that holds anything about you. The app comes with stories and the whole map, so it works on a plane with the wifi off. It can also download updated stories, translations and place names between app releases. The photographs load from our image host when there is a connection and fall back to a drawn mark when there isn't. Searching for your hometown goes through Apple Maps, and the app never asks for your location. No streak shaming, no leaderboards, no competition, and no notifications you did not ask for. It's a map of a life, drawn in good nights.
