Change exercises or weight, pause and resume, and review recorded movement time separately from the time between sets. REVIEW EVERY REP Explore rep completion markers, set boundaries and available motion sensor curves on one timeline. Select individual reps, switch sensor channels, and split or merge sets on iPhone. RECORDS AND TRENDS Browse workouts by date and filter by exercise or date range. Review totals, your training calendar, streaks, exercise distribution and weight history. LOG, EDIT AND BACK UP Add multi-set workouts, adjust reps and weights, add notes and keep drafts. Export a workout backup, merge records from a backup or share CSV files. Phone edits are preserved when syncing again. START FROM YOUR WATCH Start a workout with Siri on Apple Watch and set reminders for days you have not trained. With permission, save workouts to Apple Health and view heart rate and active energy when available. When a count needs correction, confirm the actual reps and choose to send samples as feedback.
