AUTOCORRECT THAT KNOWS CLINICAL WORDS A psychiatric lexicon compiled from open National Library of Medicine data. Medication names, clinical vocabulary and instrument names like PHQ-9 and GAD-7 are protected, so autocorrect stops rewriting them into something else. Look-alike medication names never cross-correct into each other. DICTATION THAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Talk your note and Apple's on-device speech recognition transcribes it. Audio is never stored and never transmitted. NoteKey formats what you said into note shape, then returns you to exactly where you were typing. SESSION TOOLS A session timer and a words-typed count live in the keyboard's own header, so the note stays on pace without leaving the field.
