TempoReps times your intervals, each phase of a repetition and your circuits on iPhone and Apple Watch. Choose from nine free modes: TEMPO, EMOM, TABATA, AMRAP, For Time, MIX, Rest, Stopwatch and Mirror. Set up your session, then follow the current phase and remaining time. TEMPO sets the duration of each phase of a rep. MIX runs the blocks of your circuit in order. Save your configurations to use the same settings next session. The free version includes two saved configurations and MIX circuits with up to two blocks. All nine modes and the Apple Watch app remain free, with no session limit, account or ads. Pro allows up to 20 saved configurations and unlimited MIX blocks. Previously acquired access is preserved. Pro offers an annual subscription, a monthly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices in your currency appear in the In-App Purchases section of this page and on the Pro screen in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
