RunForm 3D analyzes your running form using monocular 3D pose estimation — just film yourself from the side with your iPhone. - Automatic ground-contact detection - Key determinants of running economy: cadence, vertical oscillation, ground contact time and more - Per-factor good / acceptable / needs-improvement zones - Form Efficiency Score (0-100, an estimated proxy) with a confidence label How to use: enter your height (optionally target pace), fix your phone and film from the side so the whole body fits, run a few steps, then stop to analyze. Important: The app interface is in Japanese. Scores and metrics are estimates derived from motion, NOT direct measurements of oxygen uptake (VO2) or running economy. This is not a medical device and does not diagnose or guarantee any outcome. Analysis runs on-device.
