Spodi is the app that turns working out into a habit. Forget notebooks and phone notes: logging is fast, progress lives on charts, and your data is always at hand. FAST: Logging a set takes a couple of taps — hints have already filled in the weight and reps from your last workout. Log it and get back to the bar. PROGRESS: Spodi spots your records for you. Charts show volume, estimated 1RM, top weight, and reps over any period — and your full workout history is right there, with search and filters. BALANCE: The health monitor shows how your workouts cover the pillars of a long, healthy life: strength, cardio, and mobility. What you're building and what's lagging — visible at a glance. STRUCTURE: Group exercises into supersets, save favorite workouts as templates, and start them with one tap. And to keep a workout readable — not one endless list — split it into sections: warm-up, endurance, circuit. FLEXIBLE: Strength, cardio, running, swimming, stretching — Spodi logs any kind of training. The exercise library keeps growing, and if something's missing, create your own exercise or category. OFFLINE: No signal in the gym? No problem. Spodi works without internet and syncs your data as soon as you're back online. SYNCED: Your data lives in the cloud. Start a workout on your phone, open it on your laptop — everything is already there. TIMERS: The rest timer sits right on your lock screen. A stopwatch and your own interval presets help you keep rest consistent between sets. SHAREABLE: Finish a workout and show it off — as a Stories sticker, a card with your exercises and sets, or a link to the whole template, sections and supersets included. SECURE: Sign in with Apple, Telegram, Yandex, or email. Two-factor authentication keeps your account safe. Spodi moves fast: major updates ship every month, and fresh ideas from the training world land in the app first. Start a workout diary that works the way you do. I made this app because I was tired of overloaded fitness apps. I just needed a place where I could quickly record how many pull‑ups I did or how many seconds I held a plank. There are no meal plans, a pedometer, or a database of a thousand exercises with a barbell. There are 11 basic exercises: push‑ups, pull‑ups, squats, abs, lunges, burpees, superman, chair, and three types of planks. And there are also some exercises that I’m gradually adding. How it works: You open the app, select push‑ups, enter the number of repetitions, and close it. That’s it. No complicated timers or setup screens. What’s inside: - Recording sets based on the number of repetitions or time (seconds) - Personal records for each exercise - Series of days to avoid skipping workouts - Achievements that are really fun to unlock - Weekly statistics to assess your workload - Synchronization via iCloud to make sure nothing is lost - Reminders and custom desktop icons The Sports Notebook will not teach you how to train. He'll just remember your every approach so that you can do a little more next week.
