Cyclence helps you record your indoor cycling workouts from your iPhone. Connect a compatible exercise bike or Bluetooth sensor to view your metrics during each session and keep your workout history in one place. ALL YOUR WORKOUTS IN ONE PLACE โข View metrics such as speed, distance, cadence, power, and heart rate, depending on the connected devices. โข Choose which metrics appear during your workout. โข Save your sessions and review your workout history. โข Integrate your workouts with Apple Health after granting the required permissions. APPLE WATCH WITH WATCH PREMIUM With the optional Watch Premium subscription, you can view your metrics and control your session from an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone. You can choose between a monthly or annual subscription. Both plans provide the same Watch Premium features. COMPATIBILITY Cyclence works with Bluetooth Low Energy devices that transmit FTMS, Cycling Power, CSC, or Heart Rate Service data. The Ten Series XT70 has been tested with Cyclence. Bluetooth availability alone does not guarantee compatibility, as some manufacturers use proprietary protocols. Cyclence does not directly support ANT+. The available metrics depend on the information transmitted by each connected device. A Cyclence account is required. Apple Watch features require a compatible watch paired with the iPhone and an active Watch Premium subscription. SUBSCRIPTIONS Cyclence is free to download. Watch Premium is available through auto-renewable subscriptions. You can review the price before purchasing and manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Your feedback and App Store reviews help guide future improvements. Privacy Policy: https://cyclence.cl/privacy Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Post Run
Read full descriptionHide full description
Right after a run is the worst moment to make decisions. Post Run takes them off your hands: pick your stretches, hit start, follow along. The app counts the time, switches sides and tells you when you're done. A GUIDED SESSION A large ring shows how long you still have to hold. In the middle you see the stretch as a clear silhouette โ first the starting position, then the stretch itself. At the end of every interval there's a short tone, the device vibrates and the screen flashes. You don't have to look to know when the side changes. STRETCHES WITH A SIDE SWITCH RUN TWICE AUTOMATICALLY Right, then left. Without you counting. 16 STRETCHES FOR RUNNERS Calves and Achilles, front and back of the thigh, hip flexors, adductors, glutes and IT band, lower back, shoulders and neck. Each with a silhouette, the muscle group and one sentence on what matters. ROUTINES THAT FIT YOUR RUN Ready-made templates for an easy run, a long run, intervals, and for days when time is short. Or build your own and give it a name. ON FIRST LAUNCH Three questions โ how much time you have, what you usually run, where it tends to nag โ and your first routine is ready. APPLE HEALTH With Pro, Post Run detects your last workout and builds a routine from it: more stretches after a long run, longer holds after a hard session, calves and quads after a lot of climbing. Intensity is judged against your own recent runs rather than fixed thresholds. What the app based its conclusion on is always shown. Finished sessions are written back to Health as a workout. KEPT PLAIN White background, black lines, no points, no badges, no notifications. The screen stays on during a routine. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER Post Run needs no registration and does not connect to the internet on its own. Your routines stay on the device. No tracking, no ads. FREE AND PRO Free: one routine with up to four stretches, all signals, and the full library to browse. Post Run Pro: as many routines as you like, unlimited stretches, your own hold time per stretch, and the Health integration. Pro is a one-time purchase of โฌ3.99. No subscription, no recurring charges โ pay once, keep it forever, on every device with the same Apple ID. Stretching is not medical advice. Only stretch to a comfortable pull, never into pain.
