The hardest part of training is showing up. Motus makes that part easy. HOW MOTUS WORKS: 1) Pick a plan, or let Motus build one around your goal 2) Open the app and today's workout is already laid out for you 3) Log each set in two taps and watch your progress stack up We aren't another cluttered gym app you'll delete in a week. Motus does one thing well: it tells you exactly what to train today, stays out of your way while you lift, and keeps score so you can watch yourself get stronger. You still have to do the work, but you'll never wonder what to do, and you'll never lose your streak by accident. NO PAYWALLS. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED. Most fitness apps lock the good stuff behind a subscription, then make you pay just to see your own progress. Motus doesn't. Every feature is free, for everyone, from day one. Plans, logging, goals, app blocking, progress photos, sharing: all of it is yours. Premium does exactly one thing, it removes ads. That's the only difference. Here's what you get, all of it free: TRAIN WITHOUT THINKING • Today's exercises, in order, ready the moment you open the app • Log a set in two taps: weight and reps, done • Supersets, drop sets, and a rest timer, all built in • Form videos on every exercise A PLAN THAT FITS YOU • Proven splits like Push / Pull / Legs, or build your own • Answer a few quick questions and get a plan matched to your goal, schedule, and experience • A weekly view so you always know what's next GOALS THAT KEEP YOU HONEST • Track body weight, water, and your target lifts with live progress • Take on the 75 Hard challenge with a daily checklist • Earn awards and keep your streak alive BLOCK THE DISTRACTIONS • Block Instagram, TikTok, and any app that pulls your focus while you train • Blocking starts when you begin your workout and lifts the moment you finish • Give the gym everything you've got and push your hardest with nothing in the way SHARE YOUR PROGRESS • Turn any finished workout into a clean, themeable card and post it straight to your story or feed • Show your growth, flex your PRs, and motivate everyone watching to start their own • Snap progress photos and turn months of work into a transformation video STAYS IN SYNC • Sync your weight and workouts with Apple Health • Your progress syncs privately across all your devices with iCloud Whether it's your first week in the gym or your tenth year under the bar, Motus meets you where you are. Just show up and lift. Motus is free, and every feature stays free. Go Premium if you want to remove ads and train uninterrupted. -- Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

About

Post Run

Features

Right after a run is the worst moment to make decisions. Post Run takes them off your hands: pick your stretches, hit start, follow along. The app counts the time, switches sides and tells you when you're done. A GUIDED SESSION A large ring shows how long you still have to hold. In the middle you see the stretch as a clear silhouette – first the starting position, then the stretch itself. At the end of every interval there's a short tone, the device vibrates and the screen flashes. You don't have to look to know when the side changes. STRETCHES WITH A SIDE SWITCH RUN TWICE AUTOMATICALLY Right, then left. Without you counting. 16 STRETCHES FOR RUNNERS Calves and Achilles, front and back of the thigh, hip flexors, adductors, glutes and IT band, lower back, shoulders and neck. Each with a silhouette, the muscle group and one sentence on what matters. ROUTINES THAT FIT YOUR RUN Ready-made templates for an easy run, a long run, intervals, and for days when time is short. Or build your own and give it a name. ON FIRST LAUNCH Three questions – how much time you have, what you usually run, where it tends to nag – and your first routine is ready. APPLE HEALTH With Pro, Post Run detects your last workout and builds a routine from it: more stretches after a long run, longer holds after a hard session, calves and quads after a lot of climbing. Intensity is judged against your own recent runs rather than fixed thresholds. What the app based its conclusion on is always shown. Finished sessions are written back to Health as a workout. KEPT PLAIN White background, black lines, no points, no badges, no notifications. The screen stays on during a routine. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER Post Run needs no registration and does not connect to the internet on its own. Your routines stay on the device. No tracking, no ads. FREE AND PRO Free: one routine with up to four stretches, all signals, and the full library to browse. Post Run Pro: as many routines as you like, unlimited stretches, your own hold time per stretch, and the Health integration. Pro is a one-time purchase of €3.99. No subscription, no recurring charges – pay once, keep it forever, on every device with the same Apple ID. Stretching is not medical advice. Only stretch to a comfortable pull, never into pain.
