Some days your hay fever is unbearable. Others, you're fine. You have no idea what's different β and no record to look back on. 90% of hay fever sufferers say it hurts their work performance. 20-30% drop in productivity. Missed days. Early exits. All because you can't figure out what's making today worse than yesterday. Pollira fixes that. Track your symptoms and medicine every day, and let the data show you what's actually working. γWhat You Finally Figure Outγ β’ Which antihistamine actually helps you β not in theory, but in your data β’ Which days are your worst, and what's different about them β’ How your symptom pattern shifts as the season goes on, in a 7-day or 30-day chart β’ What to tell your doctor instead of "it varies depending on the day" γEverything You Need to Trackγ - Symptom Log β Rate eye itch, runny nose, sneezing, and headache every day - Medicine Record β Log what you took, when, and whether it helped - Trend Charts β 7-day and 30-day history to see patterns forming (30-day is Premium) - Allergen Settings β Cedar, cypress, grass, ragweed, mold, and more "I've tried three different antihistamines and still don't know which one works." β Pollira shows you symptom severity before and after each medicine. After a week of logging, the answer becomes obvious. You'll know which antihistamine is actually worth taking. "Last year my allergist asked how my symptoms were β I had no idea what to say." β After a season of logging, you walk in with data: peak symptom days and which medicines helped. That's the kind of record that changes the conversation. "I forget to log β and then forget that I forgot." β Set a daily reminder at whatever time actually works for you. Tap once and you're done. "Is this useful even if I'm just doing standard antihistamine treatment?" β Yes. You'll know if the standard treatment is actually working for your specific trigger, and which days you might need a doctor's appointment instead of just another Clarityn. "Do I need to pay?" β Basic tracking is free: daily logs, medicine records, and a 7-day chart. Premium adds 30-day history and removes ads. Price shown before you subscribe. γPremiumγ - 30-day symptom trend chart - Ad-free experience - See current pricing in the app Subscription auto-renews unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Manage in Apple ID Account Settings. MigrainePulse Tracker

MigrainePulse Tracker helps you record migraine and headache episodes with the details that matter to your journal: your own trigger wording, severity, duration, pain location, and notes. Log privately in the moment, review your complete saved history on a real monthly episode calendar, and select any marked date to revisit its entries. The calendar marks only dates with saved episodes; an unmarked date does not represent a pain-free record. The saved-entry severity trend plots one dot for every saved episode in chronological order. It adds no points for dates without entries and preserves multiple entries from the same day. All-time entry summaries show counts, averages, and transparent trigger associations such as βWeather front β’ 3 of 6 tagged entries.β Small samples are clearly qualified, and every summary reflects only the entries you save for personal review. No account is required, and there are no ads, external analytics, or network dependencies. Your entries stay local on device, with optional Apple Health writes for new entries: headache severity and duration only after you connect it in Settings. The first release is free and focused on a private, local migraine journal.
