About

MigrainePulse Tracker

MigrainePulse Tracker helps you record migraine and headache episodes with the details that matter to your journal: your own trigger wording, severity, duration, pain location, and notes. Log privately in the moment, review your complete saved history on a real monthly episode calendar, and select any marked date to revisit its entries. The calendar marks only dates with saved episodes; an unmarked date does not represent a pain-free record. The saved-entry severity trend plots one dot for every saved episode in chronological order. It adds no points for dates without entries and preserves multiple entries from the same day. All-time entry summaries show counts, averages, and transparent trigger associations such as β€œWeather front β€’ 3 of 6 tagged entries.” Small samples are clearly qualified, and every summary reflects only the entries you save for personal review. No account is required, and there are no ads, external analytics, or network dependencies. Your entries stay local on device, with optional Apple Health writes for new entries: headache severity and duration only after you connect it in Settings. The first release is free and focused on a private, local migraine journal.

About

Calmia

Features

Calmia is a calm, private place to track your migraines and finally understand what triggers them. Built for people who've lived with migraine long enough to know that "just write it down" is harder than it sounds β€” especially mid-attack. Logging takes about 30 seconds. Insights appear only once you have enough data for them to actually mean something. LOG IN SECONDS β€” EVEN MID-ATTACK Open the app, tap one card, and move through a few quick steps: - Severity β€” a soft 0–10 dial that pulses gently when pain crosses into severe - Pain location β€” tap a head diagram to mark exactly where it hurts - Symptoms β€” aura, nausea, light and sound sensitivity, dizziness, fatigue, and more - Triggers β€” sleep, stress, food, weather, hormonal cycle, screen time, and many more - Context β€” when it started, how long it lasted, what medication you took and whether it helped - Review β€” a clean summary before you save In a hurry or mid-episode? Tap "I'm having a migraine" to capture it in one tap and fill in the details later. You can also log past days by tapping any cell in the 12-week calendar heatmap. WEATHER & PRESSURE INSIGHTS Many people with migraine are sensitive to barometric pressure shifts β€” but it's nearly impossible to track by hand. Calmia does it for you: - See today's pressure and your migraine risk right on the home screen - View a 7-day pressure forecast powered by Apple WeatherKit - Discover how often your attacks line up with pressure changes - Get a personal pressure sensitivity score over time INSIGHTS THAT EARN THEIR PLACE The Insights tab waits until you have enough entries before showing you anything. Then: - Pain-day rate β€” what percentage of the last 30 days you logged a migraine - Average severity β€” across all your entries - Severity over time β€” a clean line chart - Trigger correlations β€” see which triggers actually shift your migraine severity - Top symptoms and triggers β€” ranked by how often they appear The goal is simple: help you find your pattern. Most people with migraine have one. DOCTOR-READY REPORTS Generate a clean PDF report for any date range to bring to your neurologist. Includes your attack history, severity breakdown, top triggers, medications, and a MIDAS disability score β€” the kind of summary doctors actually use to guide treatment. PRIVACY, ACTUALLY Your migraine entries live in one place: your iPhone. That's it. - No account to create - Your health data is never collected, sold, or shared - No ads, ever - Works fully offline - Export everything as JSON anytime β€” you're never locked in CALMIA PRO (OPTIONAL) Logging is free and unlimited, forever. For those who want the full picture, Calmia Pro unlocks: - Full pattern history β€” all time, any date range - Weather & pressure correlation analysis - Trigger correlation analysis - Doctor-ready PDF reports - Medication effectiveness tracking Calmia Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription, with a 3-day free trial. The free tier stays genuinely useful β€” Pro is for the deeper analysis. WHAT IT WON'T DO Calmia won't diagnose your migraines or tell you what to take β€” that's your doctor's job. It won't spam you: one optional daily check-in, at a time you choose. This app is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Questions or feedback?
