MigrainePulse Tracker
Read full descriptionHide full description
MigrainePulse Tracker helps you record migraine and headache episodes with the details that matter to your journal: your own trigger wording, severity, duration, pain location, and notes. Log privately in the moment, review your complete saved history on a real monthly episode calendar, and select any marked date to revisit its entries. The calendar marks only dates with saved episodes; an unmarked date does not represent a pain-free record. The saved-entry severity trend plots one dot for every saved episode in chronological order. It adds no points for dates without entries and preserves multiple entries from the same day. All-time entry summaries show counts, averages, and transparent trigger associations such as βWeather front β’ 3 of 6 tagged entries.β Small samples are clearly qualified, and every summary reflects only the entries you save for personal review. No account is required, and there are no ads, external analytics, or network dependencies. Your entries stay local on device, with optional Apple Health writes for new entries: headache severity and duration only after you connect it in Settings. The first release is free and focused on a private, local migraine journal.

Record several moments throughout the day and discover patterns involving symptoms, medication, sleep, activities and environmental factors. REGISTRATION PROFILES Choose a profile for Migraine, Chronic Headache, Chronic Fatigue or Long COVID. For each profile, you decide which symptoms you want to track. Record symptoms with a severity from 0 to 10 or simply indicate that they were present. For headaches, you can record the pain score, side, location and type of pain. Choose which quick actions appear on the home screen and Apple Watch. Charts and insights help you identify possible associations with time of day, sleep, activities, medication and daily impact. ENVIRONMENT AND WEATHER Record factors such as bright light and screen use. Optionally link current weather data using Apple Weather to explore possible associations with factors such as temperature and air pressure. Your location is not stored. If no sleep data is available, you can manually record bedtime, wake-up time, sleep duration, interruptions and sleep quality. Supported symptoms can also be shared with Apple Health.
