How many hot flashes this week? How did you sleep, and how was your mood? You don't have to remember. When a hot flash hits, one tap is enough, and Pausa shows you how your week went, all in one place. Menopause and the years before it are hard to keep track of in your head. What you write stays with you. No sign-up: we don't ask for an email or a password. No ads, and your information is never sold. Pausa has no servers, so we can't see what you write. Your entries are part of your iPhone's own backup. Note it in seconds. When a hot flash comes, one tap is enough: in the app, from the Lock Screen, on Apple Watch or by asking Siri. You can also add your sleep, your mood and what happened that day. Connect Apple Health if you like, and things like your night-time body temperature fill in on their own. If you log your period there, your period days show up on the symptom calendar too. Your hormone medications, one by one. Patch, gel, pills, spray: add each medication separately, with its dose and how often you use it, the way your doctor told you. Pausa never suggests a dose. On the Today screen, mark each one Taken or Skipped with one tap. When your dose or schedule changes, tap "Changed"; the old one stays in your history. Set a reminder per medication if you like: your Lock Screen only says "Pausa reminder", never the medication name. It starts with you. The first time you open Pausa, we ask what bothers you most and which stage you're in. Your picks sit at the top of your home screen, and we skip questions that don't fit you. A short summary every week. At the end of the week you see how your hot flashes, sleep and mood went. We also compare it with what you told us at the start: "At the start you said about 5 a day; this week you averaged 3." Pausa points out links you might want to notice, in plain sentences, such as more hot flashes the day after a poor night. They're there to help you notice, never a diagnosis. Go to your doctor prepared. Turn weeks of notes into a tidy summary to show your doctor. Instead of "I just don't feel right", you have the real picture in your hand. Your medications, their doses and since when you've used them are included too. What's free and what's Premium. Notes, reminders, the weekly summary and asking about your notes in Assistant are always free: questions like "How many hot flashes did I have this week?" are answered from your own notes, and answers to general questions are based on sources such as The Menopause Society, NICE and ACOG. Premium adds: • A tidy summary to show your doctor • Seeing what changed after your medication changed • Comparing your hot flashes on period days with other days • Asking anything in your own words and getting a written answer • A short write-up of your week Open-ended questions and the weekly write-up work on iPhones that support Apple Intelligence. If you're new to Premium, it's free for 14 days on the yearly plan and 7 days on the monthly plan. We remind you 2 days before the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The price is shown clearly on the payment screen. Pausa is a helper to get to know your body better. It isn't a medical device; it doesn't diagnose or suggest treatment. If something doesn't go away or worries you, talk to your doctor. Privacy: https://www.mehmetsisoglu.com/pausa/legal#privacy-en Terms of use: https://www.mehmetsisoglu.com/pausa/legal#eula-en

About

Ebb

Features

Hormones don't run on a schedule — so why do period apps pretend they do? Ebb is a symptom and cycle tracker for the hormonal stages other apps skip: PCOS, postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause. Log how today felt, mark the days that matter, track HRT or other doses, and see an honest RANGE for your cycle instead of a fake-precise date that falls apart the moment your body doesn't cooperate. Irregularity is normal here. It's not a bug in your body, and it's not a bug in the app. WHO EBB IS FOR • PCOS — irregular cycles, fatigue, mood and sleep, logged alongside your own triggers so you can see which ones come up most. • Postpartum — night sweats, sleep, mood and the return of your cycle, in the months when nobody is measuring anything. • Perimenopause & menopause — hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, joint pain, plus HRT reminders with application-site rotation. • Not sure yet — that is a valid answer. Start logging; the pattern names itself. WHY EBB • Honest ranges, not false predictions. Other apps silently push your "due date" forward when you don't log a period, or just give up and hide the prediction entirely. Ebb shows a range based on the cycles you log and explains why it's a range. • HRT reminders that fit how you take it. Set a schedule for a patch, gel, oral tablet, cream, injection, pessary or hormonal coil, get a reminder when the next dose is due, and follow a suggested application-site rotation. Tap Taken and the dose is added to your history. • See your own pattern. After three days of logging, Trends shows your most frequent symptom and how the last 7 days have been trending — free. Ebb Pro adds your full history, your HRT doses listed next to your symptom trend, and a count of the triggers you log most often (caffeine, alcohol, stress, poor sleep). • A doctor visit report (Pro). Generate a PDF summary of your average symptom scores, logged HRT doses and notes — built for the appointment that's never long enough. • Home & Lock Screen widgets and an Apple Watch complication for your next dose — free. • No account, no ads. Your log is stored on your device — Ebb keeps no copy on a server. Nearly 40% of women say they were misdiagnosed while seeking care for perimenopause — often treated for anxiety or depression instead of investigated for the hormonal cause. For a third of women with PCOS, a diagnosis takes more than two years and three or more doctors. Bring real data to your next appointment. Free: daily logging, your cycle range, one HRT schedule with reminders, widgets and your first pattern in Trends. Ebb Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) that adds your full history, your HRT dose list alongside your symptom trend, the trigger breakdown, the doctor visit PDF and unlimited HRT schedules. Where a free trial is offered, the length and the price that follows are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Account Settings.
