Qubase
Read full descriptionHide full description
Qubase is built for professional educators who want to organize their worksheet collections. It instantly turns your worksheets into a question database. Instead of manually retyping, sorting, and tracking content across folders, you can import PDFs and let Qubaseโs AI parse them automatically into a searchable question bank that is easy to organize, compare, and reuse. Qubase allows you to track how often a question, or a similar one, has appeared over time. Whether you are preparing revision materials, internal tests, or year-level exam sets, it helps you quickly find what you already have, identify overlap, and decide what to update. Qubase's AI parser intelligently handles complex PDF structures and academic content, including mathematical equations, chemical formulas, multiple-choice questions, and table-heavy layouts, and more. Your question bank stays portable and shareable, so departments can collaborate without rebuilding resources from scratch. With cross-device support across Apple platforms, Qubase gives educators a clear path from scattered worksheets to a structured, searchable library that grows with their curriculum. We use Google's Gemini AI to securely parse PDF files you import to the app. Google acts solely as a data processor and does not use this data to train its models. KEY FEATURES: Intelligent Parsing: ============= - AI worksheet parsing: Convert PDF worksheets into structured question data, including question text, answer keys, and multiple-choice options. - Smart handling of complex content: Parse challenging layouts, convert equations to TeX, and transform tables into clean Markdown-style structure. - Handwriting and scanned-note support: Extract text from handwritten or scanned worksheet content (results may vary by source quality). Similarity Tracking: ============== - Similar-question detection: Find related questions across your library and compare them side by side. - Repetition and similarity tracking: Identify duplicate questions with similarity scores, so you can reduce repeats and maintain question variety over time. Pricing: ====== - Pay-as-you-go model: Start with free credits, then purchase more only when needed. Credits do not expire. - Credit transparency: AI processing uses credits only when importing worksheets; editing, searching, reviewing, and sharing remain free. Continuity: ======== - Portable question libraries: Save your database as a shareable file that colleagues can open and edit in Qubase for free. - Seamless on Apple devices: Use Qubase on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with support for side-by-side, multi-window workflows on larger screens.
Glimpy Math Trainer Kids

Glimpy is a calculator, reversed: your child does the math. For ages 5 to 10, from preschool and year 1 through year 4 of primary school. Five carefully structured levels progress from addition and subtraction to 30 through all four operations in the number range to 1,000. No ads, no subscription, no data collection. The first 100 problems are free. Like the small handheld trainers of the 1970s: one problem, real keys, nothing to wander off to. Glimpy poses the question; the child types the answer. There is no equals key โ Glimpy knows how many digits the answer needs and checks as soon as they are typed. The five levels grow with the learning journey: Level 1 ยท preschool / year 1: addition and subtraction only, to 30. Level 2 ยท early year 2: all four operations to 70; introduction to the small tables through 10 ร 10 and matching exact divisions. Level 3 ยท later year 2: all four operations to 100; consolidation of the complete small tables and division facts. Level 4 ยท year 3: number range to 1,000, large tables through 20 ร 20, plus approachable multiplication and exact division with one-digit factors and divisors. Level 5 ยท year 4: more demanding problems to 1,000 that are still deliberately designed for mental calculation. Multiplication and division use recognisable strategies and compatible numbers instead of arbitrary written calculations. This broad sequence follows a progression common to primary curricula across many industrialised countries. Exact timing varies by country, school and child, so ages and school years are a guide rather than an assessment. Normal rounds mix the operations intended for the selected level. Use the 1ร1 key to focus on one chosen operation and number for a whole round. The display clearly indicates when focused practice is active. Each round is ten problems. Correct answers light up stars. Missed problems are remembered so you can practise just those later. Progress, practice time and the miss list stay on this device. Glimpy Pro is a lifetime deal: one purchase, unlimited practice. No subscription, no recurring payments. Unlimited practice is for one child; each extra child profile is its own one-time purchase. Family Sharing is supported. No account, no ads, no tracking. Practice does not need a network connection.
