Scrolling too much? ScreenFit locks the apps that steal your time and makes you earn them back with push-ups. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps you open on autopilot: social media, video, games, anything. • Open one and it's locked. • Do your push-ups or squats. Your camera counts every rep. • Get your minutes, then it locks again automatically. WHY IT WORKS A tiny bit of effort breaks the scroll reflex. Most urges disappear before you finish the first rep, and when you do unlock, you earned it. FEATURES • Camera rep counter for push-ups and squats, processed on your iPhone. Nothing is recorded or uploaded. • Daily unlock limits that actually stick. • Mindful alternatives: breathing, countdown, intention check and reflection. • Home dashboard with unlocks left, reps, urges resisted and time saved. • Weekly report: time reclaimed, when you're most tempted, your most tempting apps and personal insights. • Streaks, milestones and shareable win cards to challenge your friends. PRIVATE BY DESIGN ScreenFit uses Apple's Screen Time framework. We never see which apps you use or your activity, and camera frames never leave your device. SUBSCRIPTION ScreenFit Pro is required to lock apps. Choose a plan; some include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions renew automatically; manage or cancel any time in Settings. Terms: https://screenfit.appsinfoway.com/terms-of-use/ Privacy: https://screenfit.appsinfoway.com/privacy-policy/

Turn screen time into something you earn. SquatPass is an app blocker that replaces mindless scrolling with movement. Choose the apps that distract you, set a daily allowance, and let SquatPass block access when your time is used. When you want more time, return to SquatPass, complete an exercise, and earn minutes back. How SquatPass works 1. Choose the apps you want to control. 2. Set how much free time you want each day. 3. When you reach your limit, those apps are blocked. 4. Open SquatPass and tap Earn minutes. 5. Complete squats, push ups, or a plank. 6. Use the minutes you earned before the apps lock again. Movement that counts SquatPass uses camera based motion tracking to count completed squats and push ups and measure plank time. Your movement is analysed live on your device. Camera video is never recorded, saved, or uploaded. Flexible app blocking Control social media, video, games, or other distracting apps you choose. Set a strict zero minute allowance or give yourself some free time before blocking begins. You decide which apps are included and how much time they receive. Build a healthier phone habit SquatPass adds a real action between impulse and scrolling. A quick check of a distracting app becomes a conscious decision. Every earned minute is connected to movement, helping you reduce automatic phone use while building a consistent exercise habit. Track real progress See your completed sessions, minutes earned, active days, exercise totals, and best streak. Review your week and watch small sessions build into a lasting routine. Private by design Exercise detection happens on your iPhone. SquatPass does not upload camera footage. Exercise history is stored locally on your device.
