Overload - AI Strength Training Coach Build muscle, get stronger, and transform your physique with a fully personalized lifting program built by AI — then coached, tracked, and adapted every single week. Overload isn't another generic workout app. It's a complete strength training system that learns from your body, your equipment, and your goals — then keeps adapting as you progress. PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING Answer a short set of questions about your goals, experience, schedule, and available equipment. Our AI generates a custom 1-week training program tailored to you — and regenerates it every week based on what you actually lifted. SMART PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD Every workout, Overload reads your last session and tells you exactly when to add weight, add reps, or deload. No more guessing what to lift. THE VOICE COACH Talk to your AI coach hands-free during your workout. Log sets, swap exercises, adjust rest timers, and get form tips — all without touching your phone. TRACK EVERYTHING - Live rest timers with quick ±30s controls - Full set history and progressive overload chips - Personal records by exercise - Daily Overload Score and AI insights - Consistency heatmap and weekly volume tracking VISUALIZE YOUR GOAL Upload a progress photo and let our AI render your goal physique - so you know exactly what you're training for. FULL EXERCISE LIBRARY Swap any exercise for an equipment-validated alternative. Add custom movements. Build ad-hoc workouts. Animated form guides on every exercise. BUILT FOR REAL LIFTERS Whether you train with dumbbells at home, a full barbell setup, machines at a commercial gym, or just bodyweight — Overload programs around what you have. About

Repsmith

Repsmith is a workout tracker with everything included and nothing asked of you. No account, no subscription, no data collection. Install it and start lifting. THE PROMISE Repsmith is free forever. Not freemium, not a trial. There is no pro tier and there are no locked features, because you already have all of them. It's built by one computer nerd who lifts, not by a company. There is no business model because there is no business. TRACK YOUR TRAINING - Build unlimited routines for any split: push/pull/legs, upper/lower, full body, whatever you run - See total weekly sets per routine before you commit to it - Two logging styles: smart pre-fill shows last session's numbers as placeholders, or use tap-to-adjust steppers if you'd rather nudge - Warmup, drop set, and failure set types - Auto rest timer that starts when you log a set. Or turn it off if you rest by feel - lb or kg, light or dark, five accent colors WATCH YOURSELF GROW - Weekly volume targets per muscle, so you know when your chest is done and your calves are slacking - Sets, sessions, and volume tracked week over week - Streaks, muscle balance, and charts that tell you if you're actually growing YOUR DATA IS A FILE, NOT A HOSTAGE - Everything lives on your phone. No servers, no cloud, nothing to breach - One tap exports your entire history as a plain JSON file. AirDrop it, save it to Files, stash it anywhere - Import it on a new phone and you're back - Works offline, on a plane, in a basement gym NO ACCOUNT, EVER There is no sign-up screen because there is nothing to sign up for. The app doesn't know who you are and can't tell anyone. Want a feature it doesn't have yet? Email developer@repsmith.work. Ideas, bug reports, and gym stories are all welcome. If you ever see a paywall or a login screen, something has gone deeply wrong and you should tell me off. Built with iron and a mechanical keyboard.
