Pause
Read full descriptionHide full description
Pause is the button you press the moment a sugar craving hits. A craving is a wave: it peaks in 3–5 minutes and fades in 15. Pause gives you one clear thing to do for the next 60–120 seconds and shows you the wave passing. • One tap when it hits. Rate the urge 0–10, get a technique, rate again. • Ten short techniques: 4-7-8 breathing, Catch the color, a glass of water, a letter to yourself, micro-movement, body scan, postpone, and more. • It learns what works for you. Every session updates a personal ranking: which technique lowers your craving the most, at which time of day, for which trigger. • No shame. A slip is data, not a failure. Your resisted count never resets. • Insights: a craving map by weekday and time, your top triggers, weekly trends. • Widgets, Lock Screen, Live Activity for the 15-minute wait, Siri and the Action Button. • Everything stays on your phone. No account, no cloud. Pause does not count calories or grams of sugar, does not set weight goals and is not a medical tool. Pause Pro (yearly, 3-day free trial): all techniques and your own, insights and patterns, challenges, full history, CSV export, alternate icons.
