Unstuck vs JB Values

Some days the hardest part isn't doing the task — it's choosing which one to start. So nothing gets started. Unstuck removes the decision. Dump every task you've been avoiding into one list, tap "Pick one for me," and the app randomly locks you into a single task with a calm, full-screen 2-minute countdown. That's it. One task. Two minutes. No deciding. Two minutes feels small enough to begin — and beginning is the whole game. Tap Done when you start, or Skip to reshuffle. No streaks to break, no guilt, no nagging. Built for ADHD, executive-function challenges, and plain decision fatigue. • Brain-dump your avoided tasks in seconds • "Pick one for me" randomizer kills decision paralysis • Distraction-free 2-minute countdown to make starting trivial • Done / Skip — Skip re-picks and leaves the current task for later • "Got a minute?" or "got energy?" — pick a task that fits how you feel right now • Momentum stats show how many tasks you've actually completed • Recurring tasks for the things that pile up • One gentle daily nudge at a time you choose — quiet on days you've already started • 100% on your phone — no account, no login, no cloud, nothing tracked Free to use with up to 25 tasks, one recurring task, three "pick a task that fits" picks, this week's momentum count, and the daily nudge. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited tasks, unlimited recurring tasks, unlimited fitted picks, and the full momentum grid with streaks and all-time totals. 3-day free trial; cancel anytime. Stop staring at the list. Tap once and start.
