Breath is a guided breathwork timer and practice journal. Pick a technique, follow the circle as it grows on the inhale and shrinks on the exhale, and save each session with your breath holds, notes and how you felt before and after. 10 TECHNIQUES - Wim Hof Method and Tummo: choose 1 to 10 rounds of 10 to 60 breaths. After the last breath, the hold timer runs until you tap to breathe in, then a 15-second recovery hold leads into the next round. Each round's hold time is recorded. - Box Breathing: 2 to 12 seconds per side, up to 20 cycles - 4-7-8 Breathing: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8, up to 20 cycles - Coherent Breathing: 5.5 seconds in, 5.5 seconds out - Cyclic Sighing, Pranayama, Holotropic, Custom and Just Breathe: a simple paced timer with a longer exhale that runs until you end the session - Haptic cues follow the rhythm; set them to Off, Subtle, Standard or Strong YOUR PRACTICE LOG - Rate calm, energy and clarity from 1 to 10 before a session (optional) and after it, and see the change - Each saved session keeps the technique, length, rounds or cycles, hold times and your notes - Home shows this week, this month, total hours, your last session and your day streak - Progress shows your sessions, minutes and best hold, a 30-day activity chart and your recent sessions - An optional daily reminder BREATH PRO - Unlimited sessions (free: your first 7 sessions, with every technique) - Hold Progression: a chart of your best hold in each session over time - State Shift: your average change in calm, energy and clarity per session - Technique Comparison: sessions, average length, average hold and average calm and energy change for each technique - AI Coach: ask breathwork questions in your own words, up to 30 a day. To answer, the app sends your question and a short summary of your last five sessions (technique, minutes, best hold) to an AI service. Answers are general information, not medical advice. - 3 alternate app icons SAFETY Breath is a timer and journal, not a medical device. Before Wim Hof and Tummo sessions the app reminds you: never practice in water or while driving, always sit or lie down, and stop if you feel faint. For Holotropic sessions it advises supervision, and not to practice with a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy or during pregnancy. In the US, Breath Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (US prices; other countries see their own price in the app). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Heed

Heed is a guided practice space for the Attention Training Technique (ATT) — a structured listening exercise described in published metacognitive research, delivered as a 12-minute spatial-audio session. Through regular practice, the goal is to help you interrupt negative thinking patterns and build flexible control over where your focus goes. Put on headphones. Several sounds take their places around you — behind, beside, above. A calm voice guides you through three phases: focus on a single sound while the others compete, switch your attention between sounds on cue, then widen out and hold them all at once. That's the whole practice. It's simple, and it's genuinely hard — that's the point. SPATIAL AUDIO • The original technique places each sound at a different location in the room — a structure no flat recording can reproduce • Heed restores it with true 3D audio — works with any headphones SOUND MIXES • Start with sounds selected to work well together, then preview, swap, or shuffle them if you like • Save combinations you like and return to them anytime SCENES • A growing library of crafted soundscapes — a forge in the rain, a crowded coffeehouse, a reef twelve meters down… • Each scene is a composed atmosphere: sounds chosen to belong together YOUR PRACTICE • Your practice is tracked with session stats and trends over time — stored on your device • Optional questions after each session trace your progress • Gentle reminders help you keep a regular practice, at your own pace FREE & PREMIUM Heed is fully functional for free: the complete guided training, a selection of scenes, and Sound Mixes using a starter sound library — no time limits. Premium unlocks the full scene and sound catalog, available as a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
