GTDEasy vs MyTaskFlow Planner

GTDEasy is an app for keeping everything that needs part of your attention in one place. You capture easily and from anywhere, you decide later and calmly what to do with each item, and you work from a list you can trust. Once you stop mentally replaying everything you have open, you get more done and worry less. WHAT YOU CAN DO Inbox Write anything down in seconds, without deciding right then what to do with it. You sort it out later, calmly. Clarify A guided flow turns a loose note into something actionable: what it is, the next step, when it is due and who it depends on. Projects and contexts Group tasks that share an outcome and filter by the context where you can actually do them. Steps inside a task Break a large task into concrete steps without creating a whole project. Delegation Assign a task to someone else and follow its progress without having to ask. Organisations Share projects with your team and work with clear roles and permissions. Recurrence Set up repeating tasks weekly, monthly or on whatever schedule you need. Weekly review A space to look at everything you have open and decide what you will focus on next week. Email to task Forward an email to your personal GTDEasy address and it lands in your inbox. Integrations Connect Gmail, Outlook or Attio if those are the tools you work with. Bilingual The whole app and the help centre are available in Spanish and English. WHO IT IS FOR For people juggling several fronts at once who need a system they can trust: team leads, salespeople, consultants, and anyone carrying a to-do list that no longer fits in a note. ABOUT YOUR DATA Your data is hosted in the European Union. There are no ads, no commercial tracking and we do not sell information to third parties. You can delete your account and all your content from inside the app at any time.
