The clearest difference is update cadence: Fat Cats Fun at every 6 weeks against Megaplex Mobile's every 6 months. Fat Cats Fun also leads on review sentiment (38% vs 19%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). Megaplex Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 2.1K).
