Zero stars if I could
I always have a problem in this app, it’s not user friendly at all. It constantly kicks me out then says my password is wrong. I never get all my points…just the worst!!!
Payment
I press checkout and it brings me to a blank screen. I have to leave and come back to check out and try again. It took me 8 tries for the Payne t page finally loaded.. pain for sure . Had to wait the 15 min for the seats I picked out to become available again, if you click out of the app..
Always has errors
19/20 times i open the app and it says an error has occurred. I have to close and reopen so many times just to get it to load once so i can show my digital tickets. So lame to charge for a convenience fee for tickets if it isn’t convenient.

The app works but now they’re charging exorbitant fees to use the app instead of the other way around.
It’s a sneaky way to increase profits for the business when they have increased prices of everything by over 500% on some items.

Love FatCats
Love this place we go here all the time for a date night. I do wish though that I could use my points in the app and not just in the store. Especially since our main purpose for coming here is the movies. I would suggest a disclaimer that once points are used they cannot be refunded to avoid anyone trying to refund points.

Very misleading on some aspects
The app always claims you are gold cat (paid) and there is no way to know when it expires or has expired until it does expire. Once it is expired your profile still says (paid) but the gold cat tickets option disappears. You can’t renew on the app. You can’t spend points on the app which means you can’t use the app to purchase tickets with points. The only useful things about this app is seeing what movies are available and buying tickets.

I love how easy it is for me to do dinner and a movie at Fat Cats. I also love the seats, the ambiance, and the service.

We love going to Fat Cats. The app makes it easy to order food and get tickets. I like that I can check multiple theaters close to me at once.
Totally last minute.
Had family come to town for a funeral. On one of our days I could not figure out what we could do. Had a great time bowling. The kids got to see some movies and play video games thanks Fat Cats
Why such high fees to book!
Fees to book online is insane!! You think with a membership you can avoid the fees!!

Great with a couple of bugs
I like the app and it’s pretty easy to use but there are a couple of things it could improve on. Sometimes I’m not signed in when I think I am so I don’t get the discounts of being a Gold Cat member and I went about 6 months buying tickets not realizing my membership had expired. I thought it should have alerted me to that and made it more clear that it was time to renew

The old app was much better.
I agree with several other reviewers, this new update to the app is horrible! Harder to sign in (only works about every other time), and not being able to use points in the app is a total fail! Fat Cats is a great establishment, but the app now sucks.

Gift card point to dollar is confusing. And never can sign in app even after setup. Could b better

Easy peasy
The FatCats site is easy and straight forward to use. Love being able to pick my seats ahead of time, makes my life so much easier especially when I have my handicapped son with me.
Your Entertainment Venue
Whether it’s bowling, glow miniature golf, arcade gaming or movies anyone in a family can find fun at FAT CATS. The food served at the grill can be had quickly and it’s made to order. If you’re particular about your eats you can get anything made to your preference. The bowling alleys are maintained top notch and are ready to go with bowling shoes available to rent and bowling balls available to use. The arcade games are maintained in working order and are enjoyable for adults, teens and children alike. There are easy access soda dispensers available from open to close. The seats in the movie theaters are very comfortable and are adjustable. Not a bad seat in the house. So why read this review when you can be at Fat Cats anytime they’re open. Enjoy yourselves!
