Just awful!
Whoever was sold on the pitch to buy this app to revamp/upgrade their platform should be at least demoted if not fired. Subpar experience, horrible flow, clunky and unappealing. Take a page from Cinemark and do better.

MegaPass Fees?
How come one of the advertised perks of the MegaPass is no online fees, and yet when I try to purchase a ticket, I get a massive online booking fee? In person, the booking fee is only 40 cents, but online it's over a dollar, what's the deal?
Lots of improvements!
It’s much better than it used to be. Thanks for adding features. One feature is even better than Atom. There’s a couple of bugs though. One is that the app gets stuck after viewing a preview. The other is that it doesn’t take you back to where you were when you went into look at the seats available. I’m looking forward to them being fixed. Thanks for the app. It’s nice.

I am struggling with a new app. It lags and doesn’t always take payments.
New update
After the new update / redesign the app is completely unusable.
Every single aspect of it is a MASSIVE downgrade from what we had previously.

the app so so confusing !! people always come up to me as an employee and have many questions and frustrations about the app and not being able to maneuver through purchasing food and tickets. the sensitivity and filtering system sucks, and is such a downgrade form the last system
Hard to find my tickets
The app is constantly logging me out and I always have a pain finding my tickets once I get to the theater. How hard can it be to put them somewhere obvious?

Serious downgrade from what it was before. Glitches when I try to use my rewards which causes me to end up going to the counter to redeem them. Wish it had a light mode instead of making us have to stare at the dark purple layout all the time. It makes things difficult to read especially with the font if all the words being smaller and squished together. I also wish Megaplex would find a much cleaner, and more bold way to display their formats.

App Login Issues
The app is great when it works. It will randomly log me out when I launch the app and will not accept my user name/password when I attempt to log back in. It will give me a “log in not working” message. This has happened multiple times to me. Bring back the old app. At least it never had issues.
Paying more and getting less
Non-Update: STILL HAVE NOT ADDED BACK THE OPTION TO ADD TICKETS TO APPLE WALLET, DESPITE NOW CHARGING BOOKING FEES. The app not longer supports Apple wallet, even though it says it does. There is no longer an option to add passes. They removed this feature at the same time they started charging a “booking fees”, which is just a greedy money grab. Poor look and poor customer experience to charge more and provide less.

App got worse with new update
Megaplex redid their app this last year, and somehow it got worse. It freezes all the time, I select seats, and then go to pay and the pay window never pulls up. I have to close it many times, it used to be so easy to buy tickets through their app. Now I find myself having to pull up the mobile website instead. Please have whoever built this do better. You have so many devoted Megaplex fans, so make buying tickets this difficult.

Why fix something that isn’t broken?
The older version of this app was amazing and user friendly. This app is dark, ugly, buggy, it lags, it crashes, and it’s incredibly hard to navigate. There was no reason to update the app when the older version worked perfectly.
