Works great but prices went up. Where are the matinee and senior pricing?
Movies
I love how easy the app is for ordering and selecting movies. Easy to see what is available. I sometimes find it hard to use the rewards unless I start that way. They have added new tiles to the home page that I haven’t tried yet. So maybe that adjustment will help.

I’ve used the app to purchase and see many movies the point return is quite handy for free movie tickets.

We love the Logan theater. The luxury seats are amazing. …Convinces us to leave our home theater from time to time to see first showings of good movies in surround sound while relaxing in the comfy recliners. We love being able to book our seats ahead.
Should have left it the way it was
The new app is awful, It’s more complicated than it needs to be and navigating is actually not easier. If you have a voucher/gift ticket- on the old app- you could scan it with the camera and on the new app you have to enter every single number- for every single ticket. I always hear people commenting about how they don’t like the new update.

No access to points
The app does not allow you to use your points. It’s very frustrating.

Needs improvements
This app is terrible. It is not user friendly and is confusing to navigate. If you’re a rewards member, it’s pretty much useless. It will open a new tab on your internet browser if you want any info regarding your account. I like some changes, but it’s still buggy and needs to be more useful.
The improvements have made it worse
The app used to be pretty to use, but now it’s nearly impossible to search for a specific upcoming movie, or to just see everything playing on a specific upcoming day. Between those changes and the somewhat recent addition of higher and higher booking fees, it’s no longer even worth using the app.

Pretty good app
The app works pretty well. No major complaints. My only suggestion is show my points balance by my avatar.
Just awful!
Whoever was sold on the pitch to buy this app to revamp/upgrade their platform should be at least demoted if not fired. Subpar experience, horrible flow, clunky and unappealing. Take a page from Cinemark and do better.

MegaPass Fees?
How come one of the advertised perks of the MegaPass is no online fees, and yet when I try to purchase a ticket, I get a massive online booking fee? In person, the booking fee is only 40 cents, but online it's over a dollar, what's the deal?
Lots of improvements!
It’s much better than it used to be. Thanks for adding features. One feature is even better than Atom. There’s a couple of bugs though. One is that the app gets stuck after viewing a preview. The other is that it doesn’t take you back to where you were when you went into look at the seats available. I’m looking forward to them being fixed. Thanks for the app. It’s nice.
