I like it but…
It feels too complicated to find a movie weather it’s already released or soon to be released I wish there was a search option. I also have been having issues with the payment page I select my seats and once I go to pay the screen turns white and it just sits there nothing happens. I’ve had to go on safari and use the website multiple times

The most recent update to this app is horrendous. Can’t use any features or get signed in to view show times. Let alone use your reward points.

hello can someone fix this ???? this app is literally always broken saying “something went wrong” it’s literally down 9/10 times i try to use it. its unnavigable and not fun to use. and it’s always down UGH i just want to look at my tickets bro
No UX improvement only look
So I was really excited to see a new app but you missed every needed function. Make it easier to use my points, why limit it to so few things. As I check out I should be prompted to use my points and select what I qualify for. Allow me to select more and pay for more than 6 tickets with my mega pass at a time.

I LOVE Megaplex but this app has been awful lately. It used to be a good interface but now it's buggy and frustrating to work with. Please do better 🙏🏽
New app sucks!
The old app worked pretty good. The new one keeps giving me retry errors. In the past I could delete it and reload it but now it’s won’t do anything.

Very dark colors. Hard to view. Very tiny writing making it difficult to read.
Doesn’t work half of the time
Most of the time I have to reopen the app multiple times just to get it to open. I liked the old version better.

You try to open it, it just spins and the brings up an error code
The new update is not compatible
I agree that the old app needed an update. However, this update is not it. I can only use it if my WiFi is turned off no matter where I am. That was discovered by accident. Finding my purchases is not easy and I can no longer add my tickets to my wallet once purchased. It could be good but there are a lot of bugs to work out.

I miss the old app
I want to look at movies based on the day I want to go. Not the movie I want to see. I know this can be accomplished in this new app by selecting a theater but my favorite theater is already set. It’s not as user friendly or intuitive.

The old app was SO MUCH better than this one... I'm sad they changed it.
App Broken 99% of the time
Every time I load the app I get a something went wrong message. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and it may work for a minute, but next time I try to use it, it’s back to the same error.
New Update Sucks
Everything has gotten exponentially worse since this new update they rolled out. Constantly redirecting to a browser pop up where you have to sign in over and over again. Impossible to spend rewards points in the new app and it is an annoying multi step process to even see how many free tickets I currently have from their subscription. It really really sucks. Please fix!

The new version of this app is atrocious. Every time I try to use it I get this error message:

We see a movie at Megaplex every week so this has been extremely frustrating! The old version was great and easy to navigate so please bring it back!

Rewards
Let us use and see the points we have earned! I tried using my points and can’t. Also let us see the points we have. That actually makes me want to get more things and tickets knowing I’m close to a reward!
New App SUCKS!!!
Ever since downloading the laser latest version of this new app, I’ve had nothing but problems 90% of the time the app won’t even load properly on top of that gives me signing issues. I’ve occasionally tried to delete it and reinstall. Once that actually worked, but overall this new act is a horrible experience. I’m wishing the Megaplex to just roll back to the old app so at least we have something functional.
