Nah bruh
Serious downgrade from what it was before. Glitches when I try to use my rewards which causes me to end up going to the counter to redeem them. Wish it had a light mode instead of making us have to stare at the dark purple layout all the time. It makes things difficult to read especially with the font if all the words being smaller and squished together. I also wish Megaplex would find a much cleaner, and more bold way to display their formats.

App Login Issues
The app is great when it works. It will randomly log me out when I launch the app and will not accept my user name/password when I attempt to log back in. It will give me a “log in not working” message. This has happened multiple times to me. Bring back the old app. At least it never had issues.
Paying more and getting less
Non-Update: STILL HAVE NOT ADDED BACK THE OPTION TO ADD TICKETS TO APPLE WALLET, DESPITE NOW CHARGING BOOKING FEES. The app not longer supports Apple wallet, even though it says it does. There is no longer an option to add passes. They removed this feature at the same time they started charging a “booking fees”, which is just a greedy money grab. Poor look and poor customer experience to charge more and provide less.

App got worse with new update
Megaplex redid their app this last year, and somehow it got worse. It freezes all the time, I select seats, and then go to pay and the pay window never pulls up. I have to close it many times, it used to be so easy to buy tickets through their app. Now I find myself having to pull up the mobile website instead. Please have whoever built this do better. You have so many devoted Megaplex fans, so make buying tickets this difficult.

Signs you out for no reason. 2xs in the past month I haven’t been able to pull up my tickets on my phone because it won’t keep me signed in
Why fix something that isn’t broken?
The older version of this app was amazing and user friendly. This app is dark, ugly, buggy, it lags, it crashes, and it’s incredibly hard to navigate. There was no reason to update the app when the older version worked perfectly.

App and Website are Kind of Awful
I always seem to have issues when booking tickets. I log in to the app and by the time I’ve selected my seats, I’m no longer logged in and have to log in again.
Atom app is way more user friendly
This app hides all of my tickets and benefits and makes booking a movie way harder. I also can’t see my family or friends which I used to be able to see which seats they had booked on Atom. This app got a refresh but it could still use another one to truly make everything more seamless and user friendly.

Can’t buy anything in it
Can’t buy tickets or concessions or even redeem points on the app anymore. No point in even having the app.
My app won't open
It has been months now that my app will only open at certain times. It opens when I am close to the theater but I have been booking my tickets in Fandango. A worker I spoke to said she had problems with it too. I have wanted to get the movie pass but it says I don't have the right password but when I do forget password, it doesn't send it to me. Such a mess! I don't know how to get it all fixed!

Pay Screen Glich
I’ve only been able to purchase movie tickets through this app a couple of times. Most of the time a blank screen comes up when I try to check out. It is extremely frustrating. I’ve signed out and signed back in with no change. No point in having the app if you can’t buy tickets through it.
Good enough
I think the app was really good before and the update made it less good. I’m a mega pass member and I find it hard now to see how many tickets I have. It’s just harder to navigate.

Bad Update
The app wasn’t the easiest to work before they changed everything. It constantly switched my home theater to random ones and still does. It just does it in black now. And now I can’t use any of my rewards points. Change it back or make some improvements with theater selections, purchasing, and using points.
