Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MyRITS at 3.6 against Gubagoo's 1.7. MyRITS also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). Gubagoo's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (62 vs 7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MyRITS holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gubagoo has 62 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of MyRITS's written reviews are positive against 9% of Gubagoo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
MyRITS ships an update every 5 months, Gubagoo every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
