Stop typing in expenses. BankTracker logs every Apple Pay tap on its own using Apple's Wallet automation in Shortcuts, then sorts it, totals it and warns you before you overspend. No bank connection, no account: your data stays on your iPhone. CAPTURE • A step-by-step guide walks you through one Transaction automation in the Shortcuts app • From then on, every Apple Pay purchase is recorded in the background, without opening the app • Merchant, amount and card are recorded automatically • The Overview shows whether your automation is connected, and what to change if a payment arrives miswired • Anything the system omits waits in a one-tap review queue • Amounts are kept in your region's currency; a payment made in another currency waits for you to enter its amount • Add other payments by hand, or ask Siri to log an expense UNDERSTAND • Automatic categories that learn: correct a merchant once, it stays learned • Create your own categories with custom icons and colors • Stats: where your money goes, top merchants, spending per card • Spending map: a heatmap of where your money goes, merchant by merchant • Attach a receipt photo and a note to any payment CONTROL • Weekly or monthly budget with alerts at 50%, 80% and 100%, ready as soon as you set it; change them or add your own anytime • Subscriptions billed on their own are counted automatically • Fixed costs like rent count in totals but never against your budget • Sharing costs on a trip? Split a payment with a swipe, or turn on Splitting and every new payment counts only your part • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show the month at a glance SHARE • Turn any purchase into a story-ready map card or a street sticker BANK TRACKER PRO BankTracker requires a Bank Tracker Pro subscription, which includes everything above. • Yearly plan with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or a monthly plan • Prices are shown in your currency before you buy • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No bank login, no account, no ads and no analytics. Your payment log stays on your iPhone. Purchases are processed by Apple; the app never sees your card details. Maps and street stickers load map data for the area shown from Apple Maps and OpenFreeMap, which never receive your payment history. Requires iOS 17 or later and an Apple Pay card. Physical-card payments are not visible to iOS and cannot be captured.
