This app was developed for Veterans, Service members, and other people who are in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in consultation with a therapist. It offers exercises, tools, information, and tracking logs so you can practice what you’re learning in your daily life. ACT Coach was created by VA’s National Center for PTSD.

Fasting Timer

See how long you've been fasting right on your Lock Screen — without opening the app. Fasting Timer is an intermittent fasting clock that shows your day as a 24-hour dial. Instead of a progress bar, your fast is drawn as an arc on a real clock face — "from 9:30 last night until 1:30 this afternoon" — so you see when you can eat, not just how long you've held on. ● Lock Screen widgets, Live Activity and Dynamic Island — always accurate, even with the app closed ● No 23-hour cap — the arc keeps growing past your goal ● Zero ads, no account, no server — fully local, works offline ● Your history stays — a 30-day dial calendar plus automatic iCloud backup ● Reminders for your first meal and your next fast Free forever - Timer with 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD presets - Lock Screen widgets (circular, rectangular, inline) and Live Activity - Overtime counting, 30-day history, iCloud backup Premium (subscription) - Custom fast length (1–72 hours) and extended 36/72-hour fasts - Full history beyond 30 days - CSV export About subscriptions: Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. This app provides general reference information and is not medical advice. Consult a professional before fasting if you have a health condition.
