Inner Circle is a curated members community for people who live ambitious, interesting lifestyles – and want to date people who move in the same circles. Built on the belief that opposites don’t attract, everything starts with two important questions: What are you interested in? And where do you spend your time? Our community is niche by design, and not everyone will be accepted. Each application is reviewed by our membership team to curate a community of people with shared lifestyles and who move in the same circles. Once approved, you'll be a guest in the community and can earn access to features like messaging by inviting friends. Alternatively, you have the opportunity to become an Inner Circle member through a paid subscription. As a member you’re part of something bigger, with full use of the app to connect with the community, as well as invites to events. You’re not for everyone, you’re for someone. --- T&Cs --- Inner Circle is a subscription-based app and members who want to access all the features, or set different preferences, can subscribe for a membership. The membership price is clearly displayed within the app. We offer weekly and monthly subscriptions, plus 3-month and 6-month deals giving discounts on the monthly price. Please note that the price may vary per country, and is subject to change without notice. Inner Circle is free to download and limited features can be used without a subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can switch off auto-renewal at any time after purchase by going to your settings in the iTunes Store. If you choose not to subscribe for a membership, you can simply continue using and enjoying Inner Circle for free. PulseLog

Know Your Energy. Own Your Day. PulseLog is a 5-day self-tracking challenge that helps you discover when you're at your best — and what you're actually doing with those hours. Most productivity apps tell you what to do. PulseLog helps you understand yourself first. How It Works Start a 5-day sprint and track two things: • Energy Check-Ins — Rate your energy level (0–10) every 2 hours. PulseLog sends gentle reminders so you never miss a check-in. Over 5 days, your personal energy curve emerges. • Chaos Diagnostic — Log what you're doing each hour and classify it: Good (deep work, exercise, learning), Maintenance (emails, chores, errands), or Noise (doomscrolling, distractions, time sinks). See your day's composition at a glance. What You'll Discover After 5 days, PulseLog reveals insights you can't get from a calendar or to-do list: • Your Power Windows — the hours when your energy peaks. Are you spending them on Good activities or wasting them on Noise? • Your Noise Ratio — how much of your day goes to activities that drain you without adding value. • Energy-Activity Correlation — which activities consistently appear during your high-energy hours, and which ones show up when you crash. • Daily Composition Trends — see how your Good/Maintenance/Noise balance shifts across the sprint. Built for Honesty, Not Perfection PulseLog isn't about optimizing every minute. It's about seeing clearly. The 5-day sprint format keeps it lightweight — you commit to a short experiment, get your insights, and decide what to change. • No accounts, no cloud sync — your data stays on your device • Dark mode interface designed for quick, frictionless logging • Export your sprint data as PDF or CSV to share or review later • Backfill missed entries so your data stays complete • Sub-block logging (15/30/45/60 min) for precise hour breakdowns Apple Watch Companion Log energy and activities straight from your wrist. The watch app shows your sprint progress, offers smart activity suggestions based on your history, and syncs everything to your iPhone automatically. Digital Crown for score input, haptic feedback for every action. Who It's For • Founders and creators who feel busy but not productive • Remote workers losing track of how they spend their hours • Students balancing coursework, projects, and life • Anyone curious about the gap between how they think they spend time and how they actually do Start your first sprint today. Five days from now, you'll see yourself differently.
