FormTab vs JL Wesley Truck Dispatch

FormTab helps you digitise paper forms for efficient and accurate data collection. We make it easy for businesses to turn paper forms into clever digital forms. Our digital forms are quick to create and straightforward to use - no training or upskilling is required. Eliminate errors, reduce admin time, and save money when you switch to digital forms that work on any smartphone or tablet. With FormTab, effortlessly capture data from anywhere, even offline in remote places. When a team member fills out a FormTab form on-site, the data is immediately available to colleagues back in the office, even before the team member has left the job site. Say goodbye to lost signatures, illegible handwriting and calculation errors. Users are prompted to fill in any missing required fields before submitting the form. So, all the data that must be captured is captured – every time. Once a form is submitted, that data is sent wherever it needs to go… to an email address, saved to your Dropbox, Onedrive, or any 3rd party system – so supervisors, administration, stakeholders, and clients can receive information in real time. With data now digitised, paper filing and time-consuming data entry are a thing of the past - and most importantly, mistakes are eliminated.
