TCP-UDP Client is an iPhone and iPod Touch application that allows you to control a server based on a TCP or UDP communication, whenever and wherever you want. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: UISP Mobile at 4.3 against TCP's 3.0. UISP Mobile also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 6). TCP's advantage is iOS requirement (7.1 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
UISP Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UISP Mobile has 1.1K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of TCP's written reviews are positive against 52% of UISP Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
