You might learn more than you expected within this app. Why? Because it draws on both Western psychology as well as Eastern mindfulness practices. Many people find stress relief in learning how to practice this. These meditations are suitable for all. Whether you’re a beginner or someone had some experience to meditation already. This mindfulness app was researched and written by Reuben Lowe, founder of Mindful Creation and co-founder of a charity called ACT on it, also a mindfulness therapist and clinical practitioner specialising in contextual psychology. We offer a variety of self-help tools to help you develop the skills needed to understand and address the things that are keeping you from living your rich and meaningful life. The helpful tools are delivered in the form of video, text, and downloadable pdf.
