The thing that stands out about this app is the amount of great information that you can learn about ACT, Mindfulness and in Observing your thoughts instead of seeing from them. If you don’t mind poking around and aren’t afraid of a little reading, you will definitely be richly rewarded with greater mental AND emotional freedom which you can access everyday! You don’t have to be Stuck anymore because Being Stuck is just a
thought and a feeling and not the real you who can choose something better for your
Life!
