Hover vs Cusco AR Floors

Hover is the property intelligence platform that turns a scan of any residential or commercial property into high-quality 3D data, complete with accurate measurements, structured documentation, and reliable estimates. Whether you're a contractor winning bids or an adjuster closing claims, Hover gives every property professional a single, verified source of truth—from first scan to final estimate. HOW IT WORKS 1. Scan the property. Walk around the structure and scan with your phone. Hover takes the photos you need, no special equipment or second visit required. 2. Hover builds your 3D model and measurements. Hover AI generates a precise 3D model with accurate dimensions for the roof, siding, walls, windows, and doors. 3. Document, estimate, and close. For contractors: generate material quantities, explore design options, and send a professional bid before you leave the driveway. For adjusters: review organized damage documentation, get a repair vs. replace determination, and push a claim-ready package directly to your estimating platform. ONE PLATFORM, EVERY WORKFLOW Hover connects measurement, inspection, and documentation in a single platform. Verified property reports and structured data flow directly into your estimating tools, CRMs, and project management systems—eliminating re-measurement and manual data entry from first site visit to final proposal. Whether you're a solo contractor, a regional roofing company, or a national insurance carrier, Hover scales to your operation. One visual platform. Every property. Every professional. FOR ROOFING & EXTERIOR CONTRACTORS Scan a property, get your measurements, and build a professional proposal—all before you leave the driveway. Hover covers roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and full exterior projects. No more manual takeoffs. No more return visits to re-measure. No more lost bids because your estimate took too long. Hover puts accurate material quantities in your hands on the spot—so you win more projects and close faster than the competition. FOR INSURANCE ADJUSTERS & CLAIMS TEAMS Scan the property, document the damage, and push a claim-ready package to your estimating platform, all from a single visit. Hover covers exterior and interior claims for any damage type, any complexity. No more return visits to re-measure. No more sorting and uploading photos after hours. No more starting over because something was missed on-site. Hover guides you through every step of the scan, inspection, and damage assessment on the property, so when you leave, you're done. Back at the desk, review site photos matched to each roof slope in an interactive 3D model to make faster, more confident repair vs. replace decisions, and get the payout right the first time. The result: accurate, defensible documentation that holds up, every time, no matter who performed the inspection.
