O Mapa de Cidadão reúne num só ponto os locais de atendimento, permite encontrar os serviços públicos mais próximos e obter senhas online sempre que estejam disponíveis. A aplicação pretende aproximar os serviços públicos do Cidadão, permitindo a sua pesquisa por diversos critérios onde se destaca a proximidade, devido às suas capacidades de geolocalização, e a possibilidade de obter senhas online sempre que os serviços as disponibilizem, por exemplo nas Lojas de Cidadão. Permite verificar nas Lojas do Cidadão e para os serviços disponíveis nos balcões de atendimento das diversas entidades quantas pessoas estão em espera e qual a senha que está a ser atendida. É ainda possível de acordo com as informações disponíveis a indicação do melhor percurso numa loja para a realização dos serviços pretendidos. Permite ainda a transição para o navegador do dispositivo móvel podendo o utilizador navegar para o local escolhido com um simples toque.
