To activate mobile video surveillance, an active video subscription with a compatible platform is also required.

NAE Mobile Manager can connect to devices using IP address as well as Cloud Server. Cloud approach makes it easy for NAE Mobile Manager to connect to the device because there is no need to set up a complex network on the router where the device is installed. It is very convenient to register Device because NAE Mobile Manager provides search function of Local Device and Cloud Device when registering Device. NAE Mobile Manager provides Filter function to easily search Event Log, Card Holder, Card, and Door information, and it is easy to use even if there are many data. NAE Mobile Manager can check the related images immediately when there is video tagging information in the Event Log, and can view the registered Card Holder pictures when inquiring Card Holder information, so it can effectively monitor access and control device. NAE Mobile Manager can remotely query the status of the door, control lock and unlock the door, and change the Threat Level.
