False advertising
I had bought the year unlimited pass to use more of their app. It won’t let me sync any with the one that I purchased the pass from. I emailed support and got no response. If I would have known I wouldn’t have access to more apps, I would have save me the money.
Always prompt for a Community highlight
The app never opens directly to the workout but instead always opens to a community highlight. Also, there is no opting to change the workout intensity based on fitness level.
I squat everywhere now!
Ever since I have used this app, I haven’t paid for rent or utilities for months! Thanks squatter fam!
Ripped off and so disappointed
I have no issue paying for an app and I did. Now I can’t use it because they starting charging a monthly subscription fee and don’t grandfather in those of us who paid for it!!! I’ll be deleting every Zen labs app and never using them again. I understand changing business models but doing it this way is a big fail.

Paid for the app and now they want a subscription fee
To say I am unimpressed would be an understatement. I have no issue paying for an app but why was I not grandfathered into this? Maybe make a new app for your subscription service. What could possibly be gained from a subscription on an app that simply tells wen to perform the same exercise over and over? Would not recommend any Zen labs products, can’t trust they will stand by their you even when you spend the money.

Another developer drops paid app for subscription. There are plenty of apps that don’t have subscriptions. Don’t fall for the trap.

I paid full price for the set of these apps for full access now they have locked my apps and trying to charge me $4.99 a month for unlimited access. What a joke. Why did I have to pay for them in the first place ?

I paid a few bucks for this app years ago and have used it for years. It’s a glorified chart telling you how any sets of how many reps to do each day. It’s basic, nothing worth paying this surprise monthly subscription Zen labs is foisting upon us to double dip I into our pockets.
Days are locked
OK so I was liking this app until after the recent update. Now everything is locked. I am on week five day too, and every day from here out is locked. Why? I try to purchase the monthly plan and it doesn’t allow me to. This is frustrating and if it can’t be fixed and I need to find another squats App

Upset
I was loving this app. I had 2 weeks left to finish the challenge. When I opened the app today I was locked out. I paid for this app and now I can’t access this. So not right!!!! They want me to pay for other challenges that I will never use. I am very disappointed.
New update
This is a great program that I have been using for months. I paid 99 cents for each awhile ago in a package. Now I have to pay a monthly fee to access the program I already purchased? Can someone explain why?

Do not upgrade! Loses all premium features you had
Do not upgrade as the latest version allows access to the full workout challenge only if you subscribe to their monthly plan. The “unlimited free access” wording is scam because it is only for a limited period.
If you had bought the app for £2.99 you will lose the access to the programme beyond week 3-4.

I have to pay for a subscription to apps I already bought....?
I already purchased the xxx push-ups/sit-ups/squats pack way back in the day and now you’re going to lock me out of the later weeks of an app I already paid for? If you want to move to a new payment style for new users, fine, but it seems like a real crock to not grandfather in users who already paid for the pack, even if there’s more “functionality” now. Good job on adding the ability to change music from inside the app, I guess? Not like I can’t just, ya know, play music from iTunes or Spotify and swipe down?
I don’t even care if you just gave me the old app, or make the old app available for use instead of the new one. I don’t need the new one, it’s new color scheme, etc. I didn’t ask for this and don’t want it.

New update is trash. Forcing a subscription model. I want a refund!
Requiring paid upgrade for already purchased full access
Purchased as part of an app package which included full access. All apps updated and are now requiring I pay a second time. Will delete all apps of original access not restored. Only difference is slightly upgraded graphics and addition of voice prompts. Not worth additional costs!
