Complete and utter scam
Failed to prepare our taxes on time, failed to return any calls. Do not trust your business or your finances with this service. Absolute scam
Do not under any circumstances trust this company with your finances
They actively lie to you and will not file your paperwork on time leaving you with penalties and getting hold of them is next to impossible.
Horrible App
I mainly use this for mileage tracking for business and half time cannot get app to stay tracking. Have to keep setting up biometric for easy access to login.
They haven’t provided useful update to app in years. But they continue to push the app for use.

Constantly crashes
I’ve never had to delete and re-add an app so many times in order to get it to work to submit expenses.
DO NOT USE
They do not follow through on their word. Never had any help or got any service from them in the 6 months I was there. I was tossed between 3 different accounts who kept canceling and rescheduling my appointments. Never got any help or service from them and will not issue a refund even though they are the ones that didn’t do their job. I’d put negative stars if I could.
