Terrible App
Cannot access the app did not recognize the password and then did not finish the change password process. This is worthless and I have lost too much time on this.Basic functionality broken
This app is missing basic quality-of-life functionality. Specifically, the app forgets my username and password every few days, requiring me to re-enter that information. This wouldn’t be such an issue, however the app does not allow you to change focus to another app, for example to a password manager. As I have a random and unique password for this app, one that is impossible for me to remember, It becomes a real pain to log into this app. Especially when you have to do it a few times a week.
All other features aside, if the app cannot handle basic features such as remembering username and password, said app deserves one star.Show lessVery poor experience
So far a horrible experience.
It doesn’t allow me to use my stored passwords to login if you switch screens during login to try and confirm the password it erases everything. Guess having a complex password was not a good idea for this app.
First day, the system dropped the Wi-Fi. Not off to a good start with the tech side of this system. I hope the water side of it is better.Show lessGraphs stopped working
With latest update the graphs stopped working.Upgrade needed
This app was designed for the first iphone, low resolution. It was working for a few months. Now it doesn’t show history data anymore. Garbage.App crashes
Crashes as soon as you open it. Haven’t been able to use. Completely useless.Notifications
I haven’t received notifications through the app. I only receive it as a text message because the number is linked to the account. It would be nice if I could receive push notifications, because there’s more then one person in charge of the system. It’s a little frustrating that I’m using storage space for this app, but it won’t send me an alert about continuous water flow. 🤦🏻♀️ I thought it was because my notifications were off, but I couldn’t find it as a notification option anywhere.Show lessAlerts don’t pop on preview or lock screen
When an issue is detected (like continuous water flow) the app doesn’t pop up and alert. I get to know the problem only if I log into the app.
Shouldn’t this be a basic functionality?No iPhone X optimization
The app is “ok”. It gives me high level info, but I can’t seem to manage alerts without logging into website though. The app still needs to be updated to fit iPhone X and newer iOS device screens.Ya, No
Little benefit, big price.
